Bradley Cooper and a young Eagles fan gave their favorite team a memorable introduction!
As Super Bowl 2025 kicked off, Cooper, 50, stepped onto the field with Declan LeBaron, 8 — who went viral for in an MDMotivator video last month, and who Cooper had personally invited to the Super Bowl — to announce his hometown team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Oscar-nominated actor held the young super fan in one arm and a microphone in the other as he riled up the crowd. Both were decked out in as much Eagles green as physically possible.
“Alright, from the City of Brotherly Love … your 2024 NFC Champions,” Cooper yelled. LeBaron joined him, and both chanted, “The E-A-G-L-E-S — Eagles!”
Cheers erupted from around the stadium as the Eagles emerged from the tunnel.
The Maestro actor surprised LeBaron with tickets on the Today show on Feb. 4, shortly after encountering him at an Eagles home game on Jan. 26. That day, LeBaron also met past and present Eagles players Saquon Barkley, Isaiah Rodgers, LeSean McCoy and Beau Allen, and smiled emphatically in photos with his idols.
Just before the Eagles arrived, actor Jon Hamm introduced the opposing team, the Kansas City Chiefs. Unlike Cooper, though, the Mad Men star’s passionate introduction wasn’t met with applause as he was instead was booed by the excited crowd.
“Make some noise … for your AFC Champion, and two-time defending Super Bowl champion — Kansas City Chiefs!” Hamm belted into the mic.
Boos filled the Caesar Superdome as the Chiefs took the field.
