Brandi Glanville Stuns in a Sexy Bikini After Opening Up About a ‘Face Parasite’

Glanville, 52, took to Instagram on Thursday, January 23, to show off her toned figure in a sexy bikini. While soaking up the sun, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum slayed in a strapless bandeau top with cheeky bottoms that tied at her hips. The reality show star completed her look with heart-shaped bubblegum pink shades and tan Ugg boots.

In a separate snap, Glanville turned around and gave fans a glimpse of her pert posterior while casually taking a sip of wine.

“💅 🍷,” she captioned the post, prompting celebrity friends and fans to complement her in the comments section.

“Hey hot pants 💕 that’s the cutest bottle ever 😍,” Phaedra Parks wrote, as another fan gushed, “So so gorgeous!!! 🩷.” A third social media user added, “Brandi you look great ❤️.”

Glanville’s post comes just one month after she revealed she hasn’t been intimate with anyone in over a year because of what she believed was a severe “face parasite.”

“I have s— to do. I have places to go, people to make out with,” she said in a December 2024 episode of her “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast. “I have not had sex since last October. I haven’t kissed [or] made out with anyone. I haven’t socialized, really.”

Glanville also shared that the condition affected her personal relationships too, as she limited her interactions to just a few close friends.

“I went to Texas once and that was it,” she said. “Because things are going kinda wacky with me.” After opening up about her condition, Glanville felt she no longer had to “hide.”

“I was hiding and isolating and in f—ing misery, not wanting to share what was going on with anyone and not wanting to see anyone, for sure, 100 percent,” she said.

That same month, she spoke to Entertainment Tonight, revealing that she “did lab work for $10,000” to try and figure out what was causing the condition, and then spent another $70,000 attempting to fix the problem.

Glanville’s issue swiftly caught the attention of Botched’s Dr. Terry Dubrow, who suggested she get a diagnosis as the first step toward resolving the issue.
