The ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ alum said that while supplements may help, there’s no way around the decline

Brian Austin Green is sharing what’s changing in his life — and his bedroom!
During the Saturday, Aug. 29, episode of iHeartRadio’s I Do, Part 2 podcast with Bachelor Nation’s Bob Guiney, the two answered listeners’ emails, and the 53-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 alum admitted that he’s seen a change in his sex drive as he gets older.
“As men age, do you notice that your sex drive is lowering? Sure, absolutely, of course,” Green began in response to a listener’s question.
“That is a chemical thing, that is testosterone, and that is what men as they age start naturally losing,” Green continued. “You can take supplements and you can go the opposite direction. But to me, honestly, absolutely sex drive lowers.”

“There’s no way to avoid that,” he said. “I didn’t ask for it.”
Guiney, 55, also shared his view, telling Green, “As you get older, you got so many other things going on in your life and so many other responsibilities and so many other things.”
Green was previously married to Megan Fox, who is 13 years his junior.
“My ex and I were together for almost 15 years,” Green said during the July 11 episode of the I Do, Part 2 podcast. “We were married for almost 10 years, and I led with physical attraction.”
He shared what the relationship taught him, such as how, “First, I’d be physically attracted to somebody and then sort of build a relationship around that.”
Things changed when they split.
“I was divorced, which I didn’t expect,” he said. “I had three kids, was a single parent, and I knew that I didn’t want to repeat things that I had done. So I went through all sorts of therapy and all sorts of things to really figure out what it was that I brought into a relationship.”
Fox, 40, and Green share three sons — Noah Shannon Green, 13, Bodhi Ransom Green, 12, and Journey River Green, 10.

Green is also dad to son Kassius, 21, with ex Vanessa Marcil.
The actor is engaged to Dancing with the Stars pro Sharna Burgess, with whom he shares 4-year-old son Zane.
He and his fiancée, 41, previously opened up to PEOPLE about the thoughtful co-parenting dynamic they’ve built with the Jennifer’s Body actress.

“I love how much he supports her,” Burgess told PEOPLE in June 2025. “I think some people feel insecure about that, but for me, it only shows how much of a good man he is. He knows it’s the right thing to do, she deserves it, and it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks.”
“It’s because we all support each other,” she continued. “[Fox] is the mother of my bonus babies. She is the mother of three kids that I absolutely love, and she’s a part of them. And so absolutely the only way forward is to support.”
