Brittany and Patrick Mahomes‘ 4-year-old daughter, Sterling, is already working on her fitness.
Brittany shared an Instagram Story video of the little one running on a foam treadmill on Monday, March 24. “Nice!” Brittany exclaimed as Sterling pretended she was out of breath.
In a second video, Sterling lifted a foam barbell while lying on a toy bench that came complete with leg weights. “Get it, girl,” Brittany told her eldest daughter before adding with a laugh, “Man, you’re doing legs and arms at the same time!”
Brittany then asked Sterling, “Who taught you how to do that?” When the little girl replied, “Mom,” Brittany quipped, “That’s right.”
The former soccer player added a link for any of her followers wanting to purchase tot-sized exercise machines of their own, adding the caption, “Get your kids working 🤣.”
Brittany and Patrick, both 29, are also the parents of son Bronze, 2, and daughter Golden, 2 months. The couple, who tied the knot in 2022 after getting engaged two years prior, welcomed their youngest child weeks before this year’s Super Bowl.
Earlier this month, Brittany confirmed that she doesn’t plan to show Golden’s face on social media just yet.

“I think I need to clarify, Golden is in the stroller 🤣 you can’t see her and won’t for a while 🤣😘,” she wrote via Instagram on March 4 after her trainer, Betina Gozo Shimonek, shared a video of her working out in the gym. Shimonek’s baby son Makoa was visible in the clip, while Golden was in a stroller off camera.
Days after Golden’s birth in January, Patrick hinted that his and Brittany’s family is complete with three kids.
“[I’m] good with three [kids] for right now,” the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback said during a press conference. “My goal was always three, so we’ve had three. We’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.”

While Patrick acknowledged that another baby is “maybe” a possibility in the future, he’s previously said that he and Brittany feel good about where things are at now.
“I said three and I’m done,” the NFL player told reporters at the Chiefs training camp press conference in July 2024. “I always wanted to have kids young. I got to grow up in a locker room, and it made such an impact in my life. We’re on our third kid now. … Brittany does a great job of doing that and we still go out and enjoy our life.”
