Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden were feeling lucky!
The Charlie’s Angels actress, 53, and the Good Charlotte guitarist, 46, attended Michael Rubin’s REFORM Alliance Casino Night in New Jersey on Saturday, Sept. 13.
The outing marked a rare joint public appearance for the couple, who share two children. They were last seen in public together in August 2024.
For the night out, the pair opted to coordinate their outfits by both wearing a tailored black jacket over a black top.
Diaz kept her makeup subtle and completed the all-black look with the addition of a gold necklace and a black purse, while Benji gave his outfit a casual touch with a hat from the brand he owns with his twin brother, Joel Madden.
Diaz placed her arm lovingly around Benji in multiple photos taken at the event. Another snap captured the moment when she channelled her role in 2008’s What Happens in Vegas, as she put her luck to the test.
Diaz and Benji were also photographed taking a selfie with her longtime friend Jamie Foxx. Earlier this year, the actress came out of retirement to star alongside Foxx, 57, in Netflix’s Back in Action.
After meeting at an event in May 2014, The Mask actress and Benji tied the knot in January 2015. The couple welcomed their daughter, Raddix Madden, in December 2019, followed by their son, Cardinal Madden, in 2024.
Earlier this year, Benji gave insight into the couple’s marriage during an appearance on the SiriusXM podcast, Literally! With Rob Lowe.
He and his brother Joel — who has been married to Nicole Richie since 2010 — revealed there’s an element of fear in their marriages, after host Rob Lowe spoke about the “core” values shared in their relationships.
“When you think about the powerful women that are just these forces of nature — I think all of our wives are interesting, in the fact that they also don’t want to be with a pushover guy,” said Benji, before adding, “They still need a strong counterpart, but you have to also not have the ego.”

“We all respect our wives,” Joel chimed in.
“They are absolutely our counterparts, and we all have a healthy fear of our wives,” he continued. “I don’t know if I ever thought someone could keep me. I was a relationship guy, but then I met Nicole, and she absolutely runs the show — but we are partners.”
