Sports Illustrated model Camille Kostek got real about her experience as Rob Gronkowki’s girlfriend while he was playing for the New England Patriots — and things weren’t always positive.
Kristin Cavallari took her Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour reality series to Boston for the Wednesday, June 18, episode and Camille, 33, was her live show guest.
“When everyone found out that you were dating Rob, the other WAGs, how did they treat you?” Kristin, 38, asked. Camille replied that the “energy was off” between her and the other women.
“I felt like I was seen as a lesser than girlfriend because I didn’t have a ring on my finger,” she continued. “But you want to know what’s so interesting about that? The woman that’s coming to mind [who] judged me the most, she’s divorced.”

Camille met Rob, 36, when she was a Patriots cheerleader — but the two didn’t start dating until 2015, after she left the team. The couple experienced a series of ups and downs over the years, including a breakup that rocked Camille’s world.
“Rob and I met when I was 21 years old and we’ve been in each other’s lives for 10 years,” she said during Wednesday’s episode. “First breakup was in 2017, but I think that some of the best things that changed the trajectory of my life came from this f***ing breakup that broke me but also allowed me to get in the zone. I didn’t care about dating. I felt like I was asexual.”
She continued, “In that year, I decided to audition for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, which was on my bucket list. I cared about pursuing the things that brought me joy. There were so many things I was destined to want to do and then I happened to date an athlete, and it was like, ‘You are a WAG.’”
Rob and Camille took their relationship public in 2015, but details about any splits have not been made public. The couple is still going strong, and he even made a mini-cameo on Honestly Cavallari.
While Kristin had Camille as a guest, the Laguna Beach alum was quick to ask about another famous NFL wife.
“How much time did you spend around Gisele [Bündchen]?” Kristin asked. (Rob played alongside Gisele’s ex-husband Tom Brady on the Patriots.)
“I wish it was juicy,” Camille responded. “Honestly, what’s so special about Gisele is when we would cross paths, she would embrace me and talk to me like we’ve known each other forever. I only have great things to say about her.”
