Carli Lloyd is kicking off spring in sporty style!
Although the 2x-time Olympic gold medalist is four-years retired from professional soccer, the decorated athlete tells PEOPLE exclusively that her athletic approach to the fashion game is still going strong while speaking about her latest team up with Tek Gear by Kohl’s.
"I'm not getting up and going to a nine-to-five office job everyday, so my attire is obviously pretty casual," Lloyd, 43, shares with PEOPLE exclusively as the new face of Tek Gear, which boasts a collection that focuses on comfort, durability and versatility perfect for daily activity.

The 2x-FIFA Women's World Cup champion and mom — who welcomed her first daughter, Harper Anne Hollins, in October 2024 with her husband Brian Hollins — has a "go-to" she finds herself wearing when she doesn't have formal commitments.
"I feel like I'm in leggings all the time," shares Llyod, who raves about the Tek Gear Ultrastretch High-Waisted style. "Love a good high-waisted legging," she notes.
Lloyd, who's returning as a FOX Sports broadcaster for the 2026 FIFA World Cup this summer, is also a fan of the Tek Gear Woven Run Shorts and Seamless Low-Impact Sports Bra, in addition to the Essential Core Raglan Tee.

"It's kind of fun to layer," she explains of her athleisure-inspired vibe, adding, "I like to throw in my Nike Dunks or Jordans with them as well."
Tek Gear by Kohl’s makes it convenient for families to stay active with quality, affordable pieces that are designed to last. Plus, it has styles that don't hinder performance when working out.
That was a huge draw for the USWNT alum, who remains active even in retirement and is already mentally preparing herself for when her daughter is old enough to try her hand at sports, too.
"My husband and I are both obviously active and have played multiple sports grown up, so she's going to be immersed in it. That's for sure," she predicts of her little one. "I think we'll let her do the dictating of maybe what she likes and just get her involved in really anything and everything."

"There are all different sports that can teach you things. Whether she gravitates to them or not, at least we've had her give it a try," she says, continuing, "We will see about the soccer. She does dribble the ball currently!"
Next, Lloyd's eying her 2026 FIFA World Cup gig as she gears up for another action-packed tournament ahead.
"I'll be a studio analyst again. It's going to be insane. I mean, 104 games, 39 days. It's going to be the biggest and best World Cup to date," she predicts.
"I don't think we all are going to realize the magnitude that this is going to have and the impact that this is going to just have on generations to come," she says. "Just really hoping our men's team goes out there and makes us proud and inspires everybody and do well."
