Cause of Death Revealed for Adult Film Star Kylie Page Who Died at Age 28

Kylie Page’s official cause of death has been revealed.

The Los Angeles County medical examiner’s public record states the 28-year-old adult entertainer, who was born Kylie Pylant, died from “effects of fentanyl and cocaine” at her home on Wednesday, June 25. The manner of death was ruled an accident.

Born in Tulsa, Okla., Page was known for her erotic film work made with production groups like Vixen Media. She also worked with a Canadian pornographic entertainment website, Brazzers, which posted a statement on X following her death.

“The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing,” read the post. “Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness and bringing light wherever she went. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Kylie’s family, friends, and fans during this difficult time.”

To support Page’s funeral costs, her family organized a GoFundMe. Donations will help her loved ones “through the shock, the grief, and the unimaginable reality they’re living in,” per the fundraiser’s description.

“Kylie was a daughter who loved hard, a sister who never let go, and a friend who showed up without being asked,” the GoFundMe description continued. “She was the kind of person who made you feel like family — no matter who you were.”

“If you knew Kylie, you know how deeply she loved,” the write-up concluded. “Let’s show that love back.”
