Christina Haack and Ant Anstead’s son is another year older!
The HGTV host, 43, and the For the Love of Cars star, 47, both celebrated their son Hudson’s 7th birthday with sweet tribute posts on Instagram. For Haack’s 7-photo carousel post, she shared photos of her son, including a few snaps of him lovingly embracing different animals.
“Happy 7️⃣ Birthday Hudson!! My sweet boy I adore you and your kind soul!!” wrote the doting mom, who welcomed daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, 11 with ex Tarek El Moussa. “Smart, adventurous, helpful, silly and a full on Virgo when it comes to organization 😂. I am so lucky to be your mama!! We love you 🤍 ☀️🌙 💫”
In the comment section, Anstead gave kudos to how he and Haack are raising their son, writing, “We are doing a good job! X”
The doting dad, who welcomed daughter Amelie, 21, and son Archie, 20, with ex-wife Louise Anstead, posted a video for his birthday tribute to his youngest son. Anstead shared several videos and pictures in his Instagram post of his son throughout the years.
“Hudzo you were born with a light! An unmistakably GLOW around you! You shine with a beautiful blend of fun, cheekiness, love and so much kindness!” he wrote of his son. “You are an utterly brilliant boy and it is a privilege to watch you grow and thrive.”
Anstead added, “I love being your father! Happy 7th birthday Hudzo. Keep on GLOWING! X”
Back in December, Haack and Anstead came together to watch their son Hudson’s school performance. The former couple shared pictures from their family outing on social media. In a joint Instagram post, Anstead shared his excitement for this time of year, adding his son and his classmates “crushed” their performance.
“Ahhhh man! This time of year is the best!! Hudzo and his classmates CRUSHED this mornings Christmas gingerbread man performance!” he wrote. “He sang and narrated like a pro! Cutest….! Well done the entire class! X (oh and never trust a fox!) x.”

In a picture on her Instagram Stories, Haack said it was the “cutest class play” over a photo of herself, Hudson and Anstead.
Back in March 2025, the exes shared pictures from when they reconnected after years of speaking only on shared custody matters. Their reunion came before Anstead appeared as a guest judge on Haack’s HGTV series. In a confessional clip, Haack explained, “He gave me a huge hug. We hadn’t hugged in years.”
She added, “He just said, ‘I’m so sorry for everything you’re going through, and I’m here for you no matter what you need.’ It was a very nice moment. We had a long talk after and we decided to put all the BS aside and be good co-parents.”
The former couple posed together for a photo with their son that they then shared as a joint Instagram post. “Our little gentleman CRUSHED his school performance this morning. He’s thriving x,” they captioned the post, adding several applause and heart face emojis.
This was the former couple’s first joint post since their split in 2020, which came after less than two years of marriage.
