Coach Lisa Rizzo Is On A Mission To Spread Self-Confidence With The Limitless Movement

Lisa Rizzo knows it takes more than just physical prowess to succeed in athletics, which is why she’s on a mission to inspire young athletes and other people of all ages to believe in their own limitless potential.

Rizzo — a former NCAA athlete, coach, sport facilities owner and founder of the VBS System (Visualization, Body Language, Self-Talk) — knows firsthand the power of self-talk in driving success. Her latest venture is Limitless Slides, a footwear brand that features interchangeable affirmation inserts to combine comfort with mindset training.

Raised by a single mother after the death of her father at a young age, Rizzo overcame childhood adversity. Seeing her mother set goals and achieve them taught Rizzo how to do the same for herself. Her journey inspired the Limitless Movement, with a mission to make positive self-talk impossible to ignore. Limitless Slides are just the beginning, encouraging others to step into their potential.

Now, Rizzo has appeared on The Today Show, spoken at New York Ad Week on branding and empowerment, and served as a panelist among top marketing executives for Criteo International Women’s Day. She’s also been featured in Nasdaq for entrepreneurial insights and empowerment.

With Limitless Slides, Rizzo hopes to spark a revolution of self-confidence, inspiring people to believe in themselves with every step.

The shoes are recovery and comfort-focused, with an athlete-driven design, but they are much more than that. Interchangeable TIBAH Inserts — HABIT spelled backwards — provide continuous self-talk empowerment with messages like “Limitless,” “Confident,” and “Grateful” reinforcing self-belief and mental empowerment daily.

“I feel it is my purpose to teach athletes and individuals of any age that they can be anything they want to be,” Rizzo says. “Throughout my life, I was doubted by tons of people. I should have been a statistic. But, I used that doubt as my fire. My fire to continually raise my own standards. In doing so, I realized I inspired others. Now, instead of only inspiring others, I decided to show them HOW to create their own journey. This is my passion. This is my purpose.”
