Dance Moms alum Kelly Hyland—mother to Brooke Hyland, Paige Hyland, and Josh Hyland with ex-husband Randy Hyland—has reached a major milestone in her breast cancer journey: being able to ring the bell after completing her second round of treatments.
Brooke shared an inside look at the meaningful moment, which included Kelly smiling wide as she held up a balloon that read, “Peace out cancer.” The April 15 video also showed Kelly getting emotional as she stood in the hospital hallway, hugging staff members as well as her children.
In a subsequent video, which again showed the special moment Kelly rang the bell mounted to the wall, the 27-year-old quoted her mother, “I’m ringing it 3 times for my kiddos.”
Brooke also couldn’t help but post a picture of her mom holding up a peace sign alongside her balloon, backed by the popular TikTok sound, “She’s an icon. She’s a legend. And she is the moment.”
