Princess Charlotte might already be taking style inspiration from her mom, Princess Kate Middleton.
After Prince William and Kate, 43, released Father’s Day photos of the royal posing with their three kids via Instagram, Charlotte, 10, and sons Prince George, 11, and Prince Louis, 7, fans wondered if Princess Charlotte was borrowing an accessory from her mom’s wardrobe.
In a black and white photo, Charlotte was seen cozying up to her dad and brothers while rocking a forest green sweater and blue jeans. She accessorized with a plaid scarf wrapped around her neck, looking just like the one Kate wore on Christmas in December 2024.
George and Louis coordinated with Charlotte for the photoshoot. George, for his part, rocked a plaid shirt underneath a brown vest, which he wore with blue jeans and a beaded bracelet.

Louis, meanwhile, opted for an olive green sweater layered over a checkered dress shirt. He completed his look with dark blue jeans, just like William, 42.

When Kate wore the scarf in December 2024, she styled it with an emerald Alexander McQueen coat featuring a floor-length skirt and black burros. She elevated the classy design with black suede pointed-toe boots, dark gloves and a leather purse. Kate topped off her ensemble with a green cap finished with a bow.
Just like Charlotte, Kate is no stranger to borrowing accessories. On Monday, June 16, she wore the late Princess Diana’s engagement ring at the Order of the Garter service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor, England.
