Diddy Accused of Drugging and Assaulting Aspiring Male Musician in New Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued by another John Doe who alleges the incarcerated rapper drugged and assaulted him.

According to court documents obtained by Variety and TMZ, an unnamed male detailed a 2015 incident where he was allegedly violated by the mogul.

The then 23-year-old musician claimed in court documents that he was scheduled to perform at a series of Los Angeles nightclubs including QC’s 20/20. Prior to his performance, Doe claims he was informed that Diddy, 55, would be in attendance and would consider signing him to Bad Boy Records if the performance went well.

Later that night, however, Doe allegedly attended an afterparty and claims that while in attendance, one of Diddy’s associates allegedly handed him a drink and told Doe that it was from Diddy himself. The alleged victim claims he soon realized that he had been drugged.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, Doe alleged that he drifted in and out of consciousness but awoke to Diddy groping him. Doe also believed that the rapper had performed oral sex on him.

Us Weekly has reached out to Diddy’s team for comment.

In a statement provided to Variety, Diddy’s attorneys denied the allegations stating, “As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy remains behind bars after he was arrested in September 2024 and indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy has maintained his innocence as he waits for his trial to begin in May 2025.

The rapper is also facing more than 30 civil lawsuits from alleged victims of sexual assault and misconduct. He continues to deny all allegations.
