Diddy Accuser Claims He Was Sexually Assaulted at Party With Beyonce and More Stars in Attendance

A new accuser has reportedly come forward to accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault at one of his parties — this time with a multitude of A-List stars allegedly in attendance.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, April 1, a man named Joseph Manzaro filed a human trafficking lawsuit against Diddy, 55. In the paperwork, Manzaro reportedly alleged that in April 2015, he was drugged and transported to Star Island for a birthday party for Diddy’s son, King Combs. He also claimed that Diddy humiliated him by allegedly strapping a penis to his face and parading him around.

Manzaro alleged that he was dragged into the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria Estefan‘s mansion. While at the home, Manzaro alleged he ran into LeBron James walking around in a bath towel. When James, now 40, allegedly saw Manzaro, the basketball player reportedly said, “Y’all better do something about that!”

After leaving the Estefans’ home, Manzaro claimed he was led through a tunnel to Diddy’s mansion. When Manzaro allegedly arrived at Diddy’s property, he claimed he encountered Beyoncé and Jay-Z in the large party area.

A professional athlete allegedly prevented Sean “Diddy” Combs from sexually assaulting a man at a party, a new lawsuit filed against the rapper claims. A man referred to as John Doe alleged that the incident took place during a 2022 party for Diddy’s Ciroc vodka brand in one of five new civil lawsuits filed in […]

“What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a cock mask standing here in front of me?” Beyoncé, now 43, allegedly said, according to Manzaro.

One of the members of Diddy’s entourage allegedly responded, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”

Manzaro claimed he was stripped and dressed in a small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask. He also claims he had a rubber dam forcibly inserted and zipped closed over his head, which he claimed was affixed to the mask. Diddy allegedly subjected him to non-consensual acts.

Manzaro’s lawsuit has only been filed against Diddy. Emilio, Gloria, James, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are not facing legal action.

Us Weekly has reached out to Emilio, Gloria, James, Beyoncé and Jay-Z for comment.

A rep for Gloria and Emilio denied the allegations in a statement to Us, “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”

Jay’Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, also denied the rapper’s attendance in a statement to Us. “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident  — he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice’ system.”

Diddy’s legal team released a statement to TMZ denying the allegations.

“This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” the statement read. “No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

Diddy remains behind bars after he was indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution following his September 2024 arrest. He has denied all allegations against him and awaits trial, which is scheduled for May 5.
