Dua Lipa shared a behind-the-scenes look at how she stays in world tour shape — and while she’s not quite “Levitating” yet, she sure looks close, based on her balance skills.
The “Houdini” singer, 29, shared an Instagram post March 24 that showed off her “show prep” regime — intense yoga poses that incorporate balance, flexibility and strength exercises — amid her 2025 Radical Optimism Tour.
In the carousel of photos, Lipa dons white workout attire and matching ballet shoes to blow a kiss to the camera, sharing a closeup of the Puma flats. In subsequent videos, the Grammy winner can be seen propping herself up on her hands as she does an impressive handstand on balance blocks. Another video shows her in a different inverted pose, this time with her forearms on the ground as she balances her legs up straight up.
She also performs a difficult move, balancing on her hands before transitioning into plank pose with her body lifted off of the ground and her hands and arms bearing most of her weight.
Lipa took time to cool down, sharing photos of her stretching — and then posing with pals in towels and mittens inside a cold sauna.
Her former physical therapist Peter MacIver (a.k.a. PMAC) previously shared the singer’s fitness regime with him in an interview with Women’s Health Magazine in August 2024. He said that her wellness routine revolved around keeping “lean and toned” and improving “overall fitness being on stage.”

Her workout included about 20 minutes of hill sprints and a 40-minute full-body workout using equipment like balls, bars and bands or a bodyweight workout focusing on balance and agility. He noted that 10 minute warmups prior to the workouts were key to “make sure her joints and muscles were ready.”
He has also suggested that the singer take breaks where she can, saying, “For a busy individual like Dua, I suggested naps to help her body recover. If you train too much, your body won’t work, so rest is a non-negotiable.”
Lipa is currently touring in Australia. She will then move on to New Zealand, Europe and the United Kingdom before starting her North American leg of the tour on Sept. 1, 2025. She will perform shows in Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, New York City, Miami, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco before concluding on Oct. 15, 2025, at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
