Emma Heming Willis celebrated Demi Moore’s 2025 Oscars nomination by cheering her on via social media.
Emma, 46, who is married to Moore’s ex-husband Bruce Willis, posted two tributes to Moore, 62, via Instagram Stories ahead of the Oscars kicking off on Sunday, March 2.
The first Story featured a stunning photo of Moore, nominated in the category of Best Actress in a Leading Role for her work in The Substance, dressed in a strapless black gown and accompanied by a caption that read, “Today’s the day!! Bring it home baby!!” Moore was tagged in the post and a small Oscar trophy image was also placed next to Emma’s text.
The second Instagram Story shared Moore’s daughter Rumer Willis’ supportive Instagram post from earlier that day, which featured a throwback photo of Moore and a caption that read, “My mama. My hero. My forever winner. @demimoore.” Emma wrote over Rumer’s post, “Mothers and their daughters 🤍🤍.”

Moore shares three daughters with Bruce, 69, whom she was married to from November 1987 to October 2000 — Rumer, 36, Scout Willis, 33, and Tallulah Willis, 31. (Emma married Bruce in March 2009 and the pair share two daughters of their own, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.)
Emma, a model and actress, and Moore have formed a close friendship over the years, with the duo regularly showing public support for one another. In March 2019, Moore even attended a ceremony that saw Emma and Bruce renew their vows. Emma told Us Weekly exclusively at the time, “She [Demi] welcomed me into her family like I welcomed her into ours. I have so much respect for how Bruce and Demi worked through their divorce to be able to put their children first. I learned so much from that and grew so much from watching that. It was important for her to be there.”
In January, Emma paid gushing tribute to Moore via Instagram, celebrating the Ghost actress’ Golden Globes win in the category of best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her performance in The Substance. “We are screaming over her!!! Congratulations @demimoore!!!!!” Emma wrote at the time.
The pair have also provided unwavering support to Bruce, who is suffering from frontotemporal dementia (FTD), and came together to celebrate the Die Hard actor’s 68th birthday in March 2023. “Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes — we all feel them,” Moore captioned an Instagram video at the time. The clip featured herself, Emma and their respective children singing to a delighted Willis.
