- Kardashian shared that she also receives various facials, laser treatments and biostimulating treatments
Khloé Kardashian opened up about her plastic surgery history in June 2025.
The Kardashians star listed all the cosmetic procedures she’s received over the years after a London-based aesthetic doctor discussed her “transformation” on Instagram in June 2025. In addition to losing 80 lbs. over the years, Kardashian listed a series of injections, treatments and cosmetic procedures she’s undergone.
While Kardashian has been honest about the work she’s had done, she previously admitted that it bothered her when people would criticize her looks and claim that she had lots of work done.
“It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I’ve had 12 face transplants. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,’ ” Kardashian told host Amanda Hirsch on her Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in 2022.
From the types of facials she gets to why she got a nose job, here’s everything Khloé Kardashian has said about her plastic surgery over the years.
She underwent rhinoplasty in 2019 after “always wanting” a nose job
In 2021, Kardashian revealed that she got a nose job in April 2019, ahead of her daughter True’s first birthday.
“Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant.’ But I’ve had one nose job, [with] Dr. Raj Kanodia,” Kardashian said on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion special in June 2021.
The Good American founder told host Andy Cohen that before him, “no one’s ever asked” her specifically about her nose.
Kardashian spoke about the rhinoplasty and said that she even wished she’d gotten it sooner.
“My whole life I would say — I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” Kardashian told host Robin Roberts during an ABC Special in 2022. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”
After the special, Kardashian wrote on X that the recovery “was a breeze” and “honestly was so easy for me.”
“My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner,” she wrote in April 2022.
Kardashian received Botox and facial fillers to repair her cheek after having a tumor removed
After Kardashian had to get a tumor removed from her face in 2022, she did laser treatments and later got fillers to help repair the indentation and scar tissue that was left in her cheek.
“As a result of the surgery, and the tumor my incredible doctor removed, I ended up with an indentation in the side of my face,” Kardashian wrote on Snapchat in 2024. “I waited 9 months after surgery to get the indentation filled.”
In May 2025, Kardashian shared another look at her cheek nearly three years after getting the initial skin cancer surgery.
“I’ll always have a little line here and I’ll always have these little nodules here, a little bit. I don’t know if I’ll always have them, but I’ll have them for a little bit,” she said, while clarifying that she was “still healing.”
Kardashian specifically thanked the staff at 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetic Center in Glendale, Calif., who “changed my face.”
“They’ve saved it because I had a really big indention, because of the large mass that was removed, and I’m just so grateful for them,” she explained. “We put a biostimulant filler in my face. It’s a larger size that we have to fill because it was quite a large indentation.”
Despite dealing with the aftermath of the surgery three years later, Kardashian still expressed how “really grateful” she was for being able to “remove the skin cancer from my face.”
In June 2025, Kardashian explained that she also used “Botox and sculptra” injections to heal her facial indentation. However, she previously clarified, during the 2021 reunion, that she’s “not really” into Botox and that she’s allegedly “responded horribly to Botox” elsewhere in her face.
She’s used Softwave Therapy to tighten her skin
In addition to more invasive procedures, Kardashian also maintains her appearance with the help of non-invasive methods.
The Khloud Protein Popcorn founder explained in the June 2025 Instagram comment that she gets “soft wave laser for skin tightening” with the help of Softwave Therapy.
Per its website, Softwave “offers non-invasive, clinically proven, and FDA-cleared ultrasound and EMS solutions to improve skin laxity, lift, and tone.”
Kardashian used “filler in the past”
At the same time she shared the list of cosmetic surgeries she received, Kardashian also explained that she “got filler in the past.”
“But not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so l’m sure it’s still there but calmed down),” she wrote.
However, Kardashian didn’t share where she received the filler.
Kardashian uses “collagen baby threads” underneath her chin and neck
“Collagen baby threads” are a biostimulating treatment Kardashian uses. In June 2025, the reality star explained that she uses the method from The Things We Do underneath her chin and neck.
The aesthetics company later posted Kardashian’s comments on its Instagram page and explained that the treatments “boost your skin’s collagen and elasticity for a subtle refresh with no downtime … They can be placed under the eyes, chin shadows, under the chin, neck and more!”
Just like her sister Kim, Khloé receives salmon sperm facials
One of the skincare treatments that’s taken Hollywood by storm is the salmon sperm facial. Kardashian shared in March 2025 that she was among the stars who tried the trend.
“I’m never gonna do whale sperm,” she joked on an episode of The Kardashians at the time.
In June 2025, she added in the Instagram comment that her skincare consists of “Salmon sperm facials/ regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.”
The salmon sperm facial is a treatment that involves microneedling the skin on a person’s face with the fish’s sperm that can be injected with hyaluronic acid, according to Dr. Gabriel Chiu who spoke with Variety in September 2024.
Dermatologist Joshua Zeichner later told PopSugar that the fish’s reproductive cells have been shown “to improve skin, hydration, plumpness, texture and wrinkles.”
“The effects on the skin are thought to be due to high DNA levels. DNA is composed of amino acids, which have long been used in skin care for their hydrating and cell-renewing benefits,” Dr. Zeichner told the outlet.
Khloé’s sister Kim Kardashian also said she tried the salmon sperm facial after Jennifer Aniston first made headlines sharing the treatment in 2023. Two years later, Miley Cyrus and Denise Richards also revealed that they had tried the specialty facial.
She has had laser hair removal
Another thing Kardashian mentioned in her list of cosmetic procedures was laser hair removal “for the hairline and everywhere else.” She specified that she received the treatments at Sev Laser Aesthetics.
The cosmetic procedure utilizes specific lasers to damage hair follicles for the purpose of decreasing long-term hair growth.
Kardashian shut down speculation that she got breast implants
Although she’s gone into detail over all the procedures she’s undergone, Kardashian has also cleared up rumblings on surgeries she hasn’t gotten.
While celebrating her 40th birthday on a March 2025 episode of The Kardashians, the reality star denied getting breast implants. Kardashian was putting on a bejeweled denim corset for her saloon-themed birthday party when she marveled at her body.
“Well I’m in a corset. And you know a good corset will cinch your waist and give you tatas, so I’m living my double-D life that I’ve always wanted but just for the night,” Kardashian said.
A producer later asked Kardashian if they were a “recent gift to yourself,” to which she replied, “No. No. Should’ve been, but no.”
It used to “bother” Kardashian when people commented on her face
Kardashian is no stranger to facing public criticism since she started her reality TV career in 2007, but she previously admitted that it occasionally takes a toll on her when people question her appearance.
During a 2022 appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Kardashian said it “offended” her when people would accuse her of having “face transplants.”
“It didn’t bother me. It offended me,” she said. “I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that.”
She added, “Like, I want everyone to know … I don’t care to lie about it. But the transplant thing, I just want to understand why. That sounds amazing later in life, but now, I’m good.”
