Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum have gotten coparenting down
On Sunday, June 8, Rosenbaum, 48, shared an Instagram Story on vacation in Oahu, Hawaii, with his and Hebert’s two kids, Fordham, 10, and Essex, 8 along with the former Bachelorette, 40.
“Divorcees that vacation together…” he captioned a short clip.
Rosenbaum went on to share several more Instagram Stories of him and his kids in Hawaii, including one of him and Fordham posing in a photo during a sunrise.

The former couple, who wed in 2012 after getting engaged on The Bachelorette in 2011, shared in October 2020 that they were calling it quits after nearly eight years of marriage.
“It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that, after months of separation, Jp and I have amicably decided to go our separate ways,” Hebert wrote via Instagram at the time. “We created the most beautiful children and shared memories that will never be forgotten. Our differences have taken a toll on our relationship and after years of attempting to repair the damage, we’ve decided that it is in our family’s best interest to create new and separate lives for our children.”
Hebert urged her followers to “respect [thir] privacy” as they start a new chapter of their lives.
“Our ultimate focus is to create stable and healthy lives for our children,” she added. “Thank you for your love and support throughout the years. Wishing you all love, happiness, and good health.”
Rosenbaum, for his part, shared a similar message on his account, noting that “there is no one to blame” and “no event that triggered this decision.”
“We’ve done absolutely everything we possibly can to try to salvage this marriage,” he explained via Instagram. “I think we’ve both come to realize that we are just two very different people, with very different personalities and perspectives, who just don’t see eye to eye on a lot [of] life fundamentals, those which are the building blocks for a happy and healthy marriage.”
The real estate developer went on to share that their main focus is to coparent their kids and also thanked everyone for all of their “love and support throughout the years.”
While the pair have continued to stay vocal about being good coparents to each other, Rosenbaum previously claimed that they are “not friends.”
“Amicable? Yes. We’re not friends,” he said on the “She’s All Bach” podcast in August 2022. “We speak to each other about the kids when we need to speak to each other about the kids.”

The same month they finalized their divorce in October 2021, Hebert revealed that she was dating Yanni Georgoulakis’. Rosenbaum, for his part, has continued dating, while noting that it has been “challenging.”
“It’s weird. Dating in my mid-forties as a divorced father of two is just way different than dating, you know, single in my early thirties,” he told Us Weekly in April 2022. “And especially now with all the apps and it’s strange, but I think you kind of get used to it. I would still prefer for it to happen organically and through a friend, but that’s not the world we live in right now.”
