The family of missing student, Jack O'Sullivan, is trying to "keep hope alive" on the second anniversary of his disappearance.
Jack, who was 22 at the time he went missing, was last seen on March 2, 2024, after attending a house party in Bristol, U.K. He left around 2:53 a.m. GMT, according to the BBC, and was seen on CCTV footage unsuccessfully trying to hail a cab.
Avon and Somerset Police said that Jack's last sighting was at 3:38 a.m. GMT when he was walking along Bennett Way slip road towards the center of town in the Hotwells area.
"I've seen the areas that Jack was walking in, and I know there are other people in that area," Jack's mother, Catherine O'Sullivan, told the outlet. "I'm not for one minute suggesting he has come to harm from another person, but I think it would have been impossible for someone not to have noticed something with the volume of traffic that travels through, even at three or four in the morning."
"He's just vanished into thin air," she added. "I genuinely feel that somebody does know something."
Jack is 5'10" and was last seen wearing a green-brown Barbour jacket over a beige sweater. He also had on navy pants and brown leather sneakers with white soles.
"Until we get clarity on what happened, it doesn't feel right to just roll over and accept that Jack's not here," his older brother, Ben O'Sullivan, shared with the outlet.
"We're not giving up, and we continue to keep asking questions and raising the profile of Jack," Ben continued. "We will continue to keep the hope alive."
As part of the search for Jack, a Facebook group was made and currently has over 100,000 members.
Avon and Somerset Police's Assistant Chief Constable Joanne Hall told the BBC that Jack's disappearance remains an "ongoing investigation" that has "drawn on specialist expertise and independent agencies."
