From her OG Chihuahua Harajuku Bitch (who lived to 23!) to her current canine roster, Hilton has always been a connoisseur of small dogs. She now runs an Instagram account, @hiltonpets, for all of her fur babies — and like many early 2000s trends, petite pooches are back in fashion.
Yet the nepo pups of 2025 are more spoiled than ever, and their appearances on press tours (think: The Substance and Twisters) only bring more attention to their humans and their projects.
