Gossip Girl alum Ed Westwick and wife Amy Jackson are officially parents.
“Welcome to the world, baby boy,” the couple announced via Instagram on Monday, March 24. “Oscar Alexander Westwick.”
The couple shared their first family photo via Instagram, uploading a black-and-white photo in which Jackson, 32, held their baby boy in her arms. Westwick, 37, stood alongside his wife with his hand over hers. A second photo zoomed in on the newborn’s tiny hand, which Westwick was holding. Jackson could be seen giving a kiss to their son in the third and final photo.
“Words can’t express the wonder,” Westwick also shared via Instagram Stories, sharing the newborn’s photos. Oscar is Westwick’s first child; Jackson shares her eldest son, 5-year-old Andreas, with ex George Panayiotou.

The duo’s baby news comes nearly 5 months after they confirmed Jackson’s pregnancy in October 2024. The couple showed off a series of stunning maternity photos at the time that showed Jackson’s baby bump on full display.
“Mum & Dad,” Jackson captioned the images. (She continued to show off her pregnancy style in the months that followed.)
Westwick and Jackson got married in August 2024, three years after they met.

Westwick previously detailed the first time he met Jackson and explained how he knew she was The One.
“We were invited separately to a race day with Aston Martin at Silverstone racetrack in 2021. I was there with a friend who knew her,” the actor told Hello! of his now-wife in October 2023. “I saw her and thought, ‘I’m going to make my move!’ We chatted for a bit, and I asked her if she wanted to meet me for a coffee.”
That first day was “wonderful,” Westwick recalled, noting that Jackson beat him on the racetrack.
“Her lap time was a lot better than mine! She’s been making my heart race from day one!” he continued. “At the time, she was looking to move to Hampstead in London and I was also looking there at the time. I promise! She moved and I moved shortly afterwards to my own place there but very close to each other. She’s lovely and a fierce girl.”
