Haley Joel Osment is spending some quality time with his sister Emily Osment!
On Sunday, Jan. 5, Haley Joel, 36, shared a rare photo of himself with his younger sibling on Instagram. The snapshot — which appears to have been taken at a restaurant — features Haley Joel in a suit and tie while Emily, 32, sports a silver dress, with her bob-length hair styled in soft waves.
The famous siblings don’t often post photos with each other, though Emily shared that Haley Joel was a groomsman at her October 2024 wedding while appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show in November 2024.
Emily described the experience as “really cute,” adding, “I loved being able to sort of have him support me in that way, to support both of us in that way. He just nailed it.”
The last time Haley Joel posted a candid photo of the pair was over the holidays in 2021. “Yuletide,” he captioned the festive post.
That same year, Emily posted a 34th birthday message to Haley on her Instagram Stories. The photo featured them both in tiny party hats while mugging for the camera.
“Happy Birthday @hjosment,” the Spy Kids 2 star wrote over the image.
Both Haley Joel and Emily successfully made the transition from child actors to grown-up stars.

A young Haley Joel famously starred alongside Bruce Willis in the 1999 horror mystery The Sixth Sense (for which he earned an Oscar nomination at just 11 years old), and went on to tackle roles in films including Pay It Forward and A.I. Artificial Intelligence.
Most recently, he has made appearances in the Zoë Kravitz-directed movie Blink Twice and voiced a number of animated comedy series.
Emily — who got her start playing Miley Cyrus’ best friend on the Disney Channel series Hannah Montana — has been steadily working for years. She starred in the hit CBS show Young Sheldon, as well as the critically acclaimed The Kominksy Method.
Haley Joel and Emily have seemingly been a source of support to each other through it all.
“We definitely have tried to help each other as much as we can,” Haley Joel told E! News in August 2024.

He also noted that Emily “didn’t need too much advice” from him, adding, “She forged her own path, and her comedy career has been pretty incredible.”
“I’m really happy for her and proud of her,” he added. “It’s fun that we both get to still be doing this after starting as children.”
