The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dori Kemsley reached her “last straw” with Paul “PK” Kemsley before she officially filed for divorce, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.
According to the insider, Dorit’s filing was prompted by PK’s recent PDA-filled outing with Shana Wall. “Dorit and PK had promised each other if they were to see other people, they would not be so public for the children’s sake,” the source explains.
PK, 57, was photographed kissing Wall, 50, outside Cipriani’s restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, on April 24, nearly one year after he and Dorit, 48, announced their separation.
One day after PK was spotted with the former Amazing Race contestant, Us confirmed that Dorit filed for the dissolution of their marriage. Dorit is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their two children — son Jagger, 11, and daughter Phoenix, 9 — as well as spousal support.

“The divorce was already in the works and after the photos came out, she was ready to file,” the source adds, emphasizing that “things were already done” between PK and Dorit before his public kiss.
Dorit and PK announced in May 2024 that they were taking time apart after nine years of marriage.
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” the pair wrote in an Instagram statement at the time. “To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children. During season 14 of RHOBH, fans got more insight into their split and how the pair navigated their separation. According to the insider, PK believes Dorit “changed because of the show” — and the feeling is mutual.
“She felt he changed as well. They grew apart,” the source tells Us, adding that the duo were facing a number of “issues,” including with their finances. “It’s been hard.”
Despite their marital woes, Dorit “still cares about him because of the kids and everything they have gone through as a couple,” the source explains, adding, “She didn’t want it to be acrimonious.”

The PDA photos, however, shifted the estranged couple’s dynamic. “They aren’t too friendly right now after the photos came out,” the source shares, revealing that Dorit “feels like it was calculated with the intent to hurt her. And she was hurt. She felt stabbed in the heart.”
Dorit and PK’s icy relationship was on display on Saturday, April 26, when they appeared to avoid each other at their son’s baseball game. In footage obtained by TMZ, the reality stars sat separately and did not interact on the bleachers.
