Miles Teller is a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan, which allowed him to form a close friendship with former player Jason Kelce.
His wife Keleigh Teller’s friendship with Taylor Swift sort of complicates things — since Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce is a Kansas City Chiefs tight end — but Miles will always stay true to the Bird Gang.
“I’ll see Jason at some point,” Miles said during a February 2025 appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert ahead of the Super Bowl that year, in which the Eagles were set to take on the Chiefs.
“I mean, for Philadelphia sports fans, you just bleed it,” Miles explained. “I’ve never been one of those people who have, this is my East Coast team, and this is my West Coast team. BS man. You got one for life and your uncle has it tattooed on his leg.”

The Eagles social media team caught a moment between Jason and Miles ahead of a Monday Night Football game in November 2022.
In the Infamous Box
Miles was present for Super Bowl LVIII in February 2024, where the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers. He and Keleigh were in Swift’s box at the game, but Miles spent some time chatting with Jason.
“I’m watching the game, I’m standing with Miles Teller — shout-out to Miles, we were partying all night — but Miles, big Eagles fan, we’re watching the game, talking ball, he’s a huge football fan,” Jason recalled on the “New Heights” podcast.
Getting Acting Tips From Teller
During an episode of the “New Heights” podcast in May 2024, Jason recalled asking Miles questions about his acting career months prior.
“I was talking to Miles Teller at the Super Bowl,” Jason told brother and cohost Travis at the time. “I was asking him, ‘How do you pick your roles and what you are going to do?’”

The Teller Family Are Eagles Fans, Period
Keleigh might be friends with Swift, but she still cheered for the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
“She’s a diehard Birds fan,” Teller told People in February 2025 despite their “friends” on the Chiefs, whom the Eagles were set to play in the Big Game. “She’s an Eagles fan, baby.”
