Jack Osbourne's family just got bigger!
On Wednesday, March 11, Osbourne, 40, and his wife, Aree Gearhart, announced the arrival of their second baby together. The birth announcement was made in a joint Instagram post. "Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne," the caption read.
Jack's post featured a black-and-white video of baby Ozzy sleeping on floral sheets, with a note card indicating she was born on March 5, weighing in at 7 pounds and 4 ounces. A black Jellycat bat plushie was also seen behind the little one.
Baby Ozzy is named after her late grandfather, the legendary rock musician Ozzy Osbourne, who died at 76 in July 2025.
Jack and Gearhart's first child, Maple Artemis Osbourne, was born on July 9, 2022.
Jack is also a father to three daughters with his ex-wife, Lisa Stelly — Pearl Clementine Osbourne, 13, Andy Rose Osbourne, 10, and Minnie Theodora Osbourne, 7.

News of Ozzy Matilda's birth comes three months after Jack and Gearhart revealed they were expecting to The Sun on Sunday in December 2025, following Jack's eviction from the reality television series I'm a Celebrity.
"It’s awesome," he said at the time. "We’re super-excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected. But it’s definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously.”
Jack said that he and his wife were able to tell his late father Ozzy about their pregnancy news before the rocker's July 2025 death, making everything more "healing."
"I think it’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing — probably in that kind of ‘full cycle’ category, in a weird way," said Jack. "It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness."

One thing that Jack's kids all have in common is that they are big fans of Taylor Swift.
Prior to the newborn's arrival, the family attended Swift's Eras tour when it came through Los Angeles.
"My girls are all Swifties," Jack told PEOPLE in April 2024. "They went to see her on the Eras tour. And my eldest daughter isn't as much of a Swiftie as my younger ones, and she was like, 'I don't really want to go.' "
"And I was like, 'Listen.' I was like, 'I'm not the biggest Taylor Swift fan in the world, but I will say this: what you're about to go to will be a thing of legend. You'll be able to tell your kids you went and saw her on arguably the biggest tour and artist the world has ever seen,' " he continued.
