While they might be busier than ever, Jason and Travis Kelce are always willing to put family first.
The siblings posed together at the 2025 Amazon Upfront in New York City on Monday, May 12, one of many joint appearances they’ve made during the NFL offseason. Speaking to Us Weekly exclusively on the red carpet, Jason, 37, opened up about how he and Travis, 35, reconnect off the football field.
“I don’t know that [our relationship] changes,” Jason told Us. “I think we have more time to do things outside of football [than we do] in football season.”
Jason retired from the NFL last year after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, but he’s remained closely tied to the league, joining ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown as a pregame commentator. He and Travis — who is returning to the Kansas City Chiefs for the upcoming season — also discuss the biggest happenings in the sports world on their “New Heights” podcast.

Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce have an enviable sibling bond full of support, laughter and, of course, football. As the brothers have found success in the NFL, they have shared glimpses of their relationship off the field. Their family even served as inspiration for Travis’ Saturday Night Live monologue, which he hosted for the first […]
“We’re both so focused on the season that’s happening, whether it’s the Eagles [and] Chiefs or the NFL landscape for the podcast,” Jason continued. “Once we’re done with the football season, then we can kind of just refocus back on family and do some of the things that we get enjoyment [from] outside of the game.”
The dynamic duo have been spending plenty of quality time together in recent weeks, joining Justin Timberlake in Las Vegas last month for his annual 8AM Invitational celebrity golf tournament. Shortly before stepping out at the Amazon Upfront, Travis and girlfriend Taylor Swift were spotted in Philadelphia — home of Jason and his wife, Kylie Kelce — for a sweet Mother’s Day celebration with mom Donna Kelce. (Jason gushed to Us that the weekend was “phenomenal.”)
Jason and Travis have been candid about their support for one another’s careers throughout the years, and though they’ve always been each other’s biggest fans, their relationship has shifted since launching their podcast in 2022.
“The best part of the podcast is just getting to talk to Trav,” Jason told Bustle earlier this year. “Before we started the podcast, we would go months sometimes without talking to each other. The podcast forces us once a week to sit down and talk to each other.”
He explained, “We both have a lot going on in our lives, and it’s been fun — after all these years being in different cities and fighting to make it in the football landscape — to rekindle the amount of times that we talk and the closeness that we have growing up our entire lives.”

Travis Kelce is honoring brother Jason Kelce on National Siblings Day — even if he doesn’t totally buy into the hype. The NFL star, 34, shared a myriad of home videos via TikTok on Wednesday, April 10, that featured the duo throughout the years from babies to adults. Some of the clips showed the twosome […]
Listeners are often in for some surprises when they tune in each week to hear Jason and Travis unpack “new news” and answer “No Dumb Questions,” but they can always expect a little chaos. Some of their best moments, however, are the most heartfelt ones.
Following Jason’s retirement announcement in March 2024, Travis got teary while revealing just how much his brother means to him. (And some of Us might have cried too.)
“You’ve always been a step ahead of me in this game … it’s always been like I’ve had that flotation device right there and to have you out of it, it feels empty,” Travis said on “New Heights” at the time. “And it feels like it’s complete. It was a success. … I just appreciate you showing me the way and bringing us all along the journey with you.”
