Jennifer Aniston Reveals Wellness Plan That Helps Her Stay Balanced

Jennifer Aniston has a friendly approach to her healthy habits. 

As the Friends actress approaches her 56th birthday next month, she recently divulged that her wellness routine hasn’t changed much over the years. 

It’s the 80/20 approach,” she told Allure in an interview published Jan. 2. “Eighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends. There’s a balance.”

Indeed, the 80/20 rule—a health and fitness phenomenon—has been touted by health experts and stars like Olivia Munn, Gisele Bundchen and Kelly Rowland, and Jennifer gave insight into how she accomplishes her own 80 percent. 

“I workout minimum four times a week,” Jennifer noted, lauding P.volve, a low-impact fitness program she was made a partner of in 2023 as her favorite way to exercise. “If I’m working, sadly, sometimes I can only get in two or three, but as long as I get it in, that’s all that matters.”
