Jennifer Lopez is feeling grateful.
On Thursday, April 8, the actress and singer, 55, flaunted her curves in a low-cut sleeveless bodysuit as she shared her “gratitude check-in” on Instagram.
In the caption, the Unstoppable star shared three things she’s been feeling grateful for, including her ‘body [for] working hard but still better than ever,” “the people who keep my heart full,” and the “little moments that become the best memories.”
Lopez has been having a lot of those special moments lately with her child Emme in New York City.
For starters, the mom of two and her 17-year-old stepped out for the opening of Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal’s Broadway revival of Othello on March 23. She wore a Zuhair Murad Couture cropped turtleneck top and floor-length skirt, both of which boasted a constellation of diamonds, and a fluffy coat. Emme opted for a gray pinstripe suit and plaid tie. On Instagram, Lopez shared behind-the-scenes photos of her getting ready for the carpet and with Emme, who she called “the best date ever.”
The duo later attended the premiere of Lopez’s former costar George Clooney’s Good Night, and Good Luck at the Winter Garden Theatre on April 3. This time, Lopez went for epic drama in a curve-hugging gown with a plunging neckline and a floor-sweeping taffeta cape with showstopping sleeves. She later ditched the accessory to show off the dress’ sexy silhouette in full.
In recent days, Lopez has been been spotted in chic looks on the set of Office Romance, her new Netflix rom-com. On April 7, the she rocked a three-piece monochromatic outfit consisting of a vest, trousers and trench coat. That same day, she changed into a gray belted trench coat and coordinating stilettos.

Lopez’s Instagram post comes months after she said she was “excited” to be on her own following her divorce from Ben Affleck.
“Yes, I’m not looking for anybody, because everything that I’ve done over the past 25, 30 years, being in these different challenging situations, what can I f—— do when it’s just me flying on my own … what if I’m just free?” she said on her dating life in an October 2024 Interview magazine conversation with Nikki Glaser.
She also said this new journey of self-discovery has and will be a “lifelong process.”
“I think that’s what I love about life: that there’s no arrival point. There’s only getting better and growing if you want to. It’s either growing or dying, and I don’t want to do the dying part.”
