- Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have listed their Los Angeles family home for $19 million amid their ongoing divorce
- The actress previously referred to the home as “our dream house” where they wanted to watch “our kids grow up”
- Alba officially filed for divorce from Warren in February after 16 years of marriage
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are looking to part ways with their Los Angeles family home nearly two months after the actress filed for divorce.
The sprawling Beverly Hills mansion is currently on the market for $19 million. It features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and is spread out across 8,830 square feet. According to Realtor.com’s property records, the home was purchased for $9.9 million in January 2017.
Alba, who filed for divorce from Warren after 16 years of marriage on Feb. 7, opened the doors to her family’s home for a June 2019 cover story with Architectural Digest. In the interview, she explained they didn’t officially move in until earlier that year due to an 18-month renovation of the property.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency currently holds the listing.
Alba previously told AD that both she and Warren had a clear vision when it came to finding the perfect house for their family at the time: “We wanted a place to watch our kids play and grow up,” she said of their children Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7.
The Honest Company founder added that she knew “within 20 minutes” of walking into the home that it was the one for them. “This is our dream house!” she said at the time.
She also noted that their remodel was partially inspired by two of their famous friends: Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
“They’d have us over for holiday parties, and we’d leave and say to each other, ‘Their house is so sick,’” Alba said of the couple’s former Beverly Hills home. (DeGeneres and de Rossi have since relocated to England).
The home was reimagined by mother-son design team Kathleen and Tommy Clements, who also worked with DeGeneres and de Rossi among other A-listers.
Warren and Alba’s property is spread out across 1.85 acres of land and offers sweeping views of the canyon and ocean.
Inside, the kitchen features a spacious center island with a built-in sink. In the dining room, which Alba has shown on Instagram while hosting dinner parties with friends, there’s enough space for an expansive table that can fit up to 12 people.
She has also shared glimpses of her luxurious primary suite equipped with a dressing area that has mirrors adorning the closet doors. The suite also has a separate sitting area that leads out to a balcony, as well as a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub.
In addition to her primary suite, the Honey actress often films Instagram Reels inside her home gym. The property also boasts an impressive media room, while the backyard offers a pool, cabana and outdoor dining area all surrounded by lush greenery.

While Alba filed for divorce from Warren in February, the former couple’s date of separation was listed as Dec. 27, 2024, according to the Los Angeles County court filing obtained by PEOPLE. The reason for their split was due to irreconcilable differences, per the filing.
She also filed for joint custody of their children and requested that her legal name be restored to Jessica Marie Alba, according to the document.
Despite their ongoing divorce, Alba and Warren reunited earlier in April to celebrate Easter with their children. “Easter Sunday w the fam 💐🐰🫶🏽,” the actress wrote on Instagram beside a photo of the entire family posing together.
