John Legend and his daughter Esti are sharing a cute father-daughter moment.
On Sunday, Sept. 14, the singer, 46, shared a home video via Instagram of the two-year-old avidly watching him perform on the TV. The family was viewing Legend’s performance of “Glory” at the “Grace for the World” concert, which is currently streaming on Disney+.
After clapping her hands and saying, “That’s my Daddy, I love my daddy,” the tot started jumping on the couch before repeating, “I love my daddy, I love my daddy.” Legend’s wife, cookbook author, Chrissy Teigen, 39, can be heard off camera encouraging her children, “get it, Wren,” “get it, Miles,” “go John!” as her boys nod their heads and clap along to the moving tune.
Echoing Esti’s sweet sentiment, Legend captioned the clip, “Esti loves her daddy.”

The Grace for the World concert was a free event held in Vatican City’s St. Peter’s Square on September 13, featuring artists such as Pharrell Williams, Andrea Bocelli, Jennifer Hudson, and Karol G.
Earlier this month, Teigen shared a relatable mom-moment as her four children, Luna Simone, 9, Esti Maxine, 2, Wren Alexander, 2, and Miles, 7 returned to school after the long summer break.
The model shared photos of her kids dressed up for their big day on Wednesday, Sept. 3. “First day of school YESSSSSS bless you teachers, bless you all,” Teigen wrote in the caption.
Teigen’s celebration comes after the family had a summer of fun, including their first trip to the lake.
“Had our first lake life experience on the water today! Happy to now be a lake family,” she wrote over a video of Esti putting on her life jacket. Meanwhile, in July, the kids took part in an at-home date night for their parents, which was led by Luna, who created a custom menu at her own “Rainbow Cafe.”
“She is everything I ever was as a little girl but ten million times better,” Teigen’s caption read, referencing her eldest daughter’s sweet nature.
Proud parents Legend and Teigen welcomed their first child, Luna, in April 2016. Teigen then gave birth to the couple’s first son, Miles Theodore, in May 2018.
After suffering a devastating pregnancy loss in 2020, the pair grew their brood by two in 2023. Daughter Esti Maxine arrived in January, and the pair welcomed their son, Wren Alexander Stephens, via surrogate in June.
In August 2023, Teigen opened up to PEOPLE about being a mom to four kids.
“For me, the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies,” she said. “There’s a lot of diaper changing and feeding and it seems like you’re coddling these two little babies and they’re not getting enough. I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved.”
