Jonas Brothers Perform Camp Rock Song, Cover The Cranberries for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest

The Jonas Brothers just want to play their music all night long.

The band, made up of Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas, reunited for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest and performed “Play My Music” from the 2008 Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock.

Kevin, 37, Joe, 35, and Nick, 32, took the stage in Times Square to sing the second single from Camp Rock — and fans felt a wave of nostalgia as soon as the first notes hit minutes after midnight.

“jonas brothers singing play my music in 2025 was not on my bingo card,” one wrote.

“the jonas brothers singing ‘play my music’ for their new year’s performance was a great way to start off the year like i won so bad,” another chimed in. “first song of the year: play my music by the jonas brothers feat. joe’s mustache,” a third joked, poking fun at Joe’s facial hair.

Along with their Disney Channel throwback song, the Jonas Brothers performed their 2019 track “Sucker” and covered “Dreams” by The Cranberries.

Before taking the stage, the group revealed that they have a song with Marshmello coming out on Jan. 17. Nick also mentioned his upcoming Broadway run in the show The Last Five Years, which he said he “absolutely can’t wait to do.”

Kevin also added that the trio will be touring in 2025 and that their New Year’s Eve performance would include “a lot of songs that you’ll hear on the next tour. Kind of a sneak peek of what’s coming.”

Along with the Jonas Brothers, Mickey Guyton, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, TLC, Kapo, Carrie Underwood and Rita Ora performed in Times Square to celebrate the new year.

Nick spoke about Camp Rock with PEOPLE in August, saying he was “amused” by clips from the movie going viral more than 15 years after its release.

“I understand the impact the film had and has had,” he said. “And I am super amused, I would say, by the clips from it that have since gone viral now on TikTok and other places.”

“I’m going to say ‘amusing’ because I also think it’s hilarious. I remember thinking of that one in particular, the sort of stomp moment. I remember thinking while we were shooting, ‘This is really strange.’ “
