Kane Brown is putting some miles on it.
The country music star, 31, opened up about his fitness and health journey in an Instagram post shared on Monday, May 19. In the post, Brown showed off his shredded physique after less than two months of embarking on his fitness journey.
“From April 1st on the (left) until today (right) I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health. I would love others to come on this journey with me 💪🏽💯,” Brown wrote.
The singer was met with an outpouring of support in the comments, with some praising him for putting his health first and others expressing feeling inspired. Peloton instructor Logan Aldridge wrote, “Putting in WORK! That Kane Brown full body strength class @onepeloton be paying off 😉🔥💪.”
Others posed questions about Brown’s fitness plan. “What training do you do as im on a health kick myself! And what do you eat? Everyone like it they want to know!!❤️,” one person wrote.
Others cracked jokes about struggling to find the same dedication to fitness as the country star. “I told my wife your health plan is photoshop just so I don’t have to eat kale. 🥬💪🏼,” one user wrote.
Brown made a name for himself in 2015 with his first hit, “Used to Love You Sober.” He went on to collaborate with his longtime friend and American Idol alum Lauren Alaina on “What Ifs.” The pair of friends went to high school and sang together as teenagers.
He is also known for his 2017 hit “Heaven” and his 2024 song “Miles On It,” a duet with Marshmellow. His 2016 self-titled debut album and its songs made Billboard history in October 2017 when they topped all five main Billboard country charts – Top Country Albums, Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay, Country Digital Song Sales and Country Streaming Songs – simultaneously.

Brown is married to fellow singer-songwriter Katelyn Jae Brown. The couple married in 2018, and welcomed their first daughter, Kingsley, in 2019. The couple then welcomed their second daughter, Kodi, in 2021. In June 2024, their third child, a son named Krewe, was born.
