Kim Kardashian already knows who she’s giving her engagement ring to.
On this week’s episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS co-founder and her sister Khloé Kardashian, 40, go to India for a wedding and share that they accidentally lost one of the diamonds on Kim’s borrowed necklace for the event.
As they talk about the necklace, Kim starts listing her old engagement rings and notes that she still has her first ring from ex Kanye West.
“My first one that I got engaged with Kanye [was] a cushion cut, and that was the only piece of jewelry that I owned that I didn’t take to Paris,” says Kim, who was notably robbed and lost most of her jewelry in 2016.

“Because when I was with you at Madison Square Garden, you told me to wear both, I wore both, and we went like this in an IG video,” Kim tells a friend. “Kanye saw it and went, ‘Don’t you ever wear both of your rings at the same time. Are you looking to get robbed?’”
West first proposed to Kim with a 15-carat cushion-cut diamond ring when she was pregnant with their first daughter, North, now 11. He later gave her a new ring in 2016, a 20-carat emerald cut.
Kim says that when they went to Paris, she ended up leaving behind the first engagement ring, which to her was the “most important.”
“And so that one I’m going to give to Northie because she was with me when I got engaged,” Kim says. “And she held it after and I took a photo. She was just a few months old.”
A few months after West gifted her the new ring, Kim was robbed at gunpoint in her Paris hotel room during Paris Fashion Week and had over $10 million in jewelry stolen — including the 20-carat diamond.
After six years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from West in February 2021, and their split was finalized in November 2022. They share four kids together — daughters North and Chicago, 7, and sons Psalm, 5, and Saint, 9.
