Kim Zolciak’s sons appear to be following in dad Kroy Biermann’s football footsteps.
“I couldn’t be more proud of my boys @kjbiermann @ka.sh9330,” Zolciak, 46, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, March 30. “Football is their true passion 😍They give it their all!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻.”
Although they may not be in high school just yet, KJ Biermann, 13, and Kash Biermann, 12, have developed a love for the game and are putting in the work to become physically and mentally tough for the sport.
“Early morning workouts, after school work outs, boats load of food, commitment, drive and a true love for the game,” Zolciak added. “Makes me so happy ❤️ KJ is 13 and 6’1 🤩 Kash is 12 and 6’1🤩 (I’m 5’7 1/2 😜) 🙈.”

In a separate Instagram Story, Zolciak confirmed Kash was named defensive lineman of the year.
“My heart!” she wrote in the post. “Couldn’t be more proud of these two.”
It’s been more than four years since Zolciak and her family were on TV together thanks to the Bravo series Don’t Be Tardy. Previously, The Surreal Life alum served as an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
While Zolciak often shares updates on her adult children — including Brielle, 28 and Ariana 23 — she’s more private about the four kids she shares with Kroy, 39. (In addition to KJ and Kash, the former couple also share 11-year-old twins Kaia Rose & Kane Ren.)
The rare photo of Zolciak’s oldest sons propelled many familiar faces to comment on how much older they’ve become.
“OMGGGGG the boys are so big now! Growing fast 😍,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Nene Leakes wrote in the comments section. Shereé Whitfield added, “Omg how time flies!!! ❤️❤️.”

New friends, including Zolciak’s Got to Get Out costar Omarosa, even reacted to the rare photo by writing, “Great job momma @kimzolciakbiermann ❤️.”
This isn’t the first time Zolciak has provided fans with a behind-the-scenes look into her sons’ football interests. In September 2024, the reality star shared a glimpse into how excited she gets to attend games.
“To say I am so proud of my boys @kjbiermann@kashbiermann is an understatement,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “My eyes fill with tears throughout every single game. KJ turned around and looked at me. I yelled, ‘I love you KJ.’ He yelled back, ‘I love you Mom.’🫠 be still my heart❤️ the mother/son relationship is so special. I am forever grateful I get to experience these special times 🙏🏻.”
