Kylie Jenner just dropped the mother of all her beauty secrets: what exactly she had done during her breast augmentation.
The reality star, 27, responded to a TikTok video by creator Rachel Leary, who posted a clip politely begging Jenner to reveal “what it is that you asked for when you had your boobs done.”
“To me, you have got what I am, like, looking for to have done in terms of a boob job,” Leary continued. “It’s the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever. They’re still big but whatever way you’ve had the implants — if they are implants — or if you had fat transfer, to me, it is perfection.”
Leary went on to note she didn’t expect Jenner to share which plastic surgeon did the work, explaining she just really wanted the specifications. “If you could just share, that would be great,” she said.

Jenner, ever a girl’s girl, responded in the comments section, writing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”
After Jenner’s response, Leary posted a follow-up video highlighting her comment, quipping, “I’m sitting on a bad boy piece of information. Do you understand?”
While Leary didn’t expect Jenner to share the name of surgeon, she happily obliged — and reality fans might recognize his name. Dr. Garth Fisher, based in Beverly Hills, has done work for other members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, including Jenner’s older sister Kourtney Kardashian, who also had a breast augmentation done by him.

Khloé Kardashian, meanwhile, enlisted Fisher when she needed a cancerous tumor removed from her face in 2022. After she shared photos of the procedure’s aftermath via Instagram, Fisher posted a message in support of his patient.
“You and your family have been dear to me for a very long time,” he wrote in October 2022. “I was so saddened that you required a procedure requiring removing of a dangerous and significant tumor from your face. I felt like I was operating on my own daughter. I was honored that you put your trust in my staff and me. I am tremendously relieved that we got it all out and you can now get past this. You’re beautiful and have a heart of gold. Now let’s get this scar to heal great and be mindful of too much sun exposure :)❤️❤️.”
