Kylie Kelce Shares What She and Jason Bring in Hospital Bags for Birth: ‘This Is My 4th Child’

Kylie Kelce is sharing what’s in her hospital bag, which is not a suitcase.

On her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie, 32, said after three births alongside husband Jason Kelce, her “hospital bag has not really changed.”

“This is my fourth child,” Kylie explained on the Thursday, March 6, episode. “It will probably be nearly exactly the same” this time around.

So what does Kylie pack in her hospital bag as she prepares to welcome her fourth child into the world?

First things first: pajamas. “Probably two sets that are very, very stretchy,” she said.

Kylie Kelce has offered insight into her pregnancy with her and husband Jason Kelce’s fourth baby. The couple, who have been married since 2018, announced in November 2024 that they are expecting their fourth daughter. (They previously welcomed Wyatt, Ellie and Bennett in 2019, 2021 and 2023, respectively.) “I got it pretty easy, I’m not […]

Then, she added a toiletry bag “with all the goodies, shampoo, conditioner, a bar of Dove soap, you know what I’m saying, the essentials,” Kylie said.

A robe is a must, Kylie explained, “to cover my butt when I’m wearing a hospital gown and if it gets a little chilly.”

It’s important to not forget her “going home outfit” and “some snacks for both myself and my husband, if need be.” Jason, 37, swears by eating a snack just before Kylie is ready to push, to avoid passing out, which he’s never done.

Lastly, Kylie packs slippers and flip flops. “That’s literally it. That’s what I bring to the hospital,” she said.

And for the dads out there, Kylie didn’t forget about them. The soon-to-be mom of four shared that her husband’s hospital bag “usually consists of sleep shorts, a change of clothes and his toiletry bag.”

“He does bring a fan,” she conceded. “We all saw that. The man loves a fan, and I don’t even blame him,” Kelce noted.

In fact, if there was something that Jason could bring to make himself more comfortable, she says she’s all for it.

“I’ve said it before. I don’t want him to have to suffer. I want him to be comfortable,” she said. “Now, did I want him to carry a whole ass fan to the hospital? Not really, but he did, and it made him more comfy and it got him better sleep. So whatever, I would not be surprised if this time around he levels up and brings an air mattress.”

What she won’t be bringing? A tripod for a camera. “Do we want to relive [giving birth]?” Kelce asked.

In a TikTok video posted on Saturday, November 23, a fan pointed out that Kylie’s “beautiful” daughters — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 21 months — “look exactly” like Jason, 37. Don’t expect a makeup bag either. “It won’t be me.”

Kylie also alluded to her due date, saying that she’s “nearly nine months pregnant,” which is why she sounds like she’s “running a marathon.”

“My child’s butt is so far into my lungs that I can’t inflate them fully,” she said, adding, “The miracle of life.”
