Lala Kent admitted that she put her breast milk in her coffee because she didn’t have anywhere to put it to “save it.”
“I put it in my coffee and drank 10 ounces of breast milk this morning,” she shared on the Tuesday, December 31 episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, noting that she’s “not dumping it down the sink.”
Kent noted she was “never married to the act of breastfeeding.”
“I was like, ‘Maybe I’ll do it, maybe my milk will come in, maybe it won’t. We’ll see,’” she explained to podcast host Amanda Hirsch.

“Welcome to the world, my love,” she wrote via Instagram Story along with audio of adults gushing over Sosa.
Before announcing her pregnancy in March, Kent opened up about her decision to use IUI and a sperm donor to have a second child.
“It’s a road that I never thought I would be going down,” she shared with Cosmopolitan in January. I really saw myself in the cookie-cutter relationship and creating a family, but now that the universe has other plans for me, I’m so grateful this was an option.”
Kent added that she wanted to encourage other women in similar situations by sharing her own circumstances.

“I felt this need to start talking about it because there are women out in the world who sit there and wait for a man to come into the picture and are just yearning for children even though there is another way to get pregnant,” she noted. “If you want children and are only waiting for ‘that person’ to come into your life, let’s talk about a different route that we can take.”
The Bravo star was previously engaged to Emmett, 53, in 2018, however, they announced their split in November 2021.
“Randall did not want to split but it was Lala’s decision,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time. “The trust is gone. He’s been trying to win her back. … For now, she’s not wearing her ring and she’s truly focused on her daughter and her projects. She’s trying to keep everything private.”
Following their split, Kent addressed cheating allegations against Emmett after he was spotted with two women at a Nashville hotel in October 2021.
“I found out about the pictures of his name we shall not mention and the Nashville girls. [And] I decided on October 20th, the day of my book signing, that I was going to change my tattoo from [‘Rand’] to ‘bRand new,’” she shared during her “Give Them Lala” podcast in December 2021, adding that she’s trying to stay positive about the future despite learning upsetting things about her ex. “[The breakup] is not going to take me out. I’ll be damned. The universe will do its thing. The universe always reveals people’s truths.”
