My love of Leighton Meester began in the aughts, when my tween-age self watched in awe (and fear) as Blair ruled over the Upper East Side on Gossip Girl. Fast-forward to today, I’ve lived on the Upper East Side myself and am now shopping her handpicked Valentine’s Day edit at Kendra Scott.
