Dancing With the Stars alum Lindsay Arnold shared everything you need to recover from a breast augmentation.
Arnold, 31, took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 15, to share everything she’s been using since going under the knife. Some of her cozy staples included grippy fuzzy socks, a heating pad, a plush sleeping mask and comfy bras.
She also has been using an orthopedic bed wedge designed for post-surgery, so that she can comfortably relax while still sitting up. (Most doctors recommend waiting six to eight weeks after a breast augmentation before sleeping on your side or stomach.)
Ahead of her surgery, Arnold ordered silicone sheets to help with scarring, a cold breast pack, a soft seat belt cover, a hoodie featuring drains that can connect to a post-op bra and a chest pillow to protect her chest while sleeping or driving.
Arnold has been keeping her fans in the loop on how she’s been recovering from the surgery. On Wednesday, she shared, “I’m feeling so much better today,” revealing in a video, “Not gonna lie, coming out of anesthesia yesterday was rough. I was super nauseous, dizzy [and] threw up anytime I stood up.”
Despite some discomfort, Arnold noted that “the pain has been totally manageable,” adding, “Very minimal!”
Arnold opened up about wanting a breast augmentation last month via TikTok, sharing that she wanted a “natural” look with “fullness and volume.”
