The Love Island USA season 7 winner soft-launched a new man on her Instagram Stories in a series of posts shared on Friday, Feb. 6.
The 26-year-old posted a video of two massive bouquets of roses, calling them an "early" Valentine's Day gift, and she wrote, "Mi bebe surprised me."
She also shared a selfie of herself posing with the two bouquets, along with a shot that featured her new boyfriend. Espinal posed with a peace sign as her new partner stood behind her, and though his face wasn't in the frame, his tattooed arms were on display behind her.
"Spa dates," she captioned the shot.

Espinal teased that she has a new love interest in her life on the red carpet at the American Heart Association Red Dress Collection Concert on Jan. 29.
"The way I protect my mind, my peace, my heart is just by knowing what's real and knowing what's not. I feel like, especially since we're so glued to the phone, we could sometimes digest things that are not meant to be digested and read too much into things," she told PEOPLE. "So I know when to turn my phone off, I know when I need to call my mom, call my manager, call my boyfriend to vent to. I think it's very important to know when your boundaries have to stop, you know."
She also teased her Valentine's Day plans with her new beau, as she said, "Me and my boyfriend, we are definitely going to be celebrating Valentine's Day together."
Espinal left the Love Island villa in July with Bryan Arenales, and the pair made things exclusive before being crowned the winners.
She confirmed her split from Arenales the following month. “My papayas – Bryan and I are no longer together,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories on Aug. 27.
“After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys. Our visions didn’t align and relationships are supposed to be a team sport. You don’t have to drink the whole sea to know it’s salty. All love here and I truly wish him the best."

Just one day later, she told PEOPLE the split was "something I am still processing."
"But, I am very optimistic and very hopeful for the future," she said. "And I'm just happy to have such a large amount of support around me."
