Southern Charm’s Madison LeCroy is pregnant and expecting her second child, her first with husband Brett Randle.
“And just like that … our world is changing in the most magical way! ✨,” LeCroy, 34, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, February 6, alongside a positive pregnancy test.
The Bravo star called the news the “best moment of our lives.” She added, “We can’t wait to meet you, little one!”
LeCroy has been vocal about wanting to expand her family since marrying Randle, 38, in November 2022.
The reality star — who shares 12-year-old son Hudson with ex-husband Josh Hughes — exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2024 that she was happily in her “housewife era” and ready to welcome a baby into their brood.
“My husband and I are trying to have a baby, [we’re keeping] our fingers crossed,” she revealed during Bravo Fan Fest.

LeCroy noted that Hudson even gave her his stamp of approval to add another child to their family, which was the sign she needed.
“Just recently, he gave me permission to have a sibling,” LeCroy shared with Us. “He said, ‘Mom, you can have a baby now.’ And I said, ‘Oh, OK. Thank you. I’ve been waiting on you to say that.’”
LeCroy confessed at the time that while Hudson was ready, she wasn’t sure anyone is truly prepared to have a baby.

“I don’t know if you’re ever ready. My mom always says, ‘You’re never going to be rich enough. You’re never going to be prepared to the fullest,’” she explained. “But I think it’s just one of those things that the outcome is wonderful.”
LeCroy admitted, “I’m not the best pregnant person. I’m not going to lie. It’s not my favorite thing. But I know what I get at the end of the day.”
While LeCroy told Us she’d been talking about having more kids for at least a year, she teased that season 10 of Southern Charm would reveal one of the reasons their plans were slightly delayed.
During a December 2024 episode of the Bravo series, LeCroy announced that Randle was “diagnosed with thyroid cancer toward the end of last year” around their one-year wedding anniversary in 2023.
She explained that after undergoing surgery to remove a “three-centimeter nodule,” the cancer was eradicated, but Randle had “complications” later on that worried her.
“Some days I just want to scream,” LeCroy told the cameras, noting that “anything” can trigger her. “Whether that be someone saying, ‘When are you having a child?’” she continued, adding, “We were just kinda starting to plan, but that’s on pause for now.”
