The 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit' costars saw the Knicks lose Game 3 to the San Antonio Spurs, 115-111

New York Knicks superfan Mariska Hargitay was joined by longtime friend Christopher Meloni as they cheered on the team during their first NBA Finals home game since 1999.
The Law & Order: Special Victims Unit costars attended Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Knicks and the San Antonio Spurs on Monday, June 8. Unfortunately for the fans at Madison Square Garden, the Spurs won 115-111.
During the game, the famous friends were spotted on the Jumbotron hugging each other and shouting, "Go Knicks!"

Hargitay, 62, was photographed getting up from her courtside seat with her arms raised, while Meloni, 65, sat patiently watching the game.
Hargitay and Meloni weren't the only famous faces courtside at the game on Monday, June 8. Spike Lee, Tracy Morgan, Timothée Chalamet, Ben Stiller and Jay Z were also there. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and President Donald Trump were elsewhere in the arena.
Before the game began, Trump was booed during "The Star Spangled Banner" as the camera panned to him and his granddaughter, Kai Trump, the eldest daughter of his son, Donald Trump Jr., in a private box.
Hours before Game 3, Hargitay appeared on the Today show and told Jenna Bush Hager and Savannah Guthrie that Knicks star Jalen Brunson is an inspiration to her. "I love him. I can't believe," she said.
She then explained how she was so terrified for her Broadway show, Every Brilliant Thing, but Brunson's story ultimately helped her. "I just thought about him and his inspiration and his humility and his work ethic, to say, 'You can do hard things. No matter what you can do hard things,' " she said.
"He is so singular, and magnificent. He is a magnificent human," she continued, before adding that once the NBA Finals are over, he'll be attending her show.
Hargitay has shared in the team's excitement with Brunson himself. The NBA star, 29, revealed that the actress texted him after Game 1, following the team's 105-95 win over the San Antonio Spurs on June 3.
“I don't really remember, but it was more like ‘Good job, congratulations,' " Brunson told the NBA Today host Malika Andrews on June 4.

Game 4 of the NBA Finals is on Wednesday, June 10, at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT at Madison Square Garden.
