Matthew McConaughey and his wife, Camila Alves, perfectly coordinated with all three of their children on the red carpet.
McConaughey, 55, and Alves, 42, brought sons Levi, 16, and Livingston, 12, as well as daughter Vida, 15, to the 13th annual Mack, Jack & McConaughey Gala on Thursday, April 25, in Austin, Texas.
The actor looked dapper in an all-white suit, which complemented Vida’s strapless gown that was adorned with a delicate black-and-gold chain across the bodice. Alves, meanwhile, stunned in a floral high-low gown, which matched the colors of Levi and Livingston’s black suits.
Thursday’s benefit was hosted in honor of the nonprofit that McConaughey cofounded alongside Jack Ingram and Mack Brown, organized to raise funds for other charitable organizations helping young people. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star and Alves have frequently brought their kids to various MJ&M events through the years.

“You know, it’s interesting because when you have little ones, you are physically exhausted, right? And I feel like when you get to the teenagers … it’s almost like you need more energy,” Alves previously told Us Weekly exclusively in July 2022. “You need more brain power because it becomes all very about the mind, right? It’s, like, a teenager [is] trying to find their identity and find how they’re going to navigate their lives. So I think that … for me, it’s more challenging in a good way.”
She added at the time, “When it comes to more of … the ability to really guide, like, a young man or a young woman, it takes a different kind of brain to pass, you know, brain power [and] to guide [or] to navigate through that. But it’s beautiful. It’s inspiring. It also makes you look at a lot of things that you are doing as an adult as well, you know, when you get to that stage. … It’s a beautiful stage.”

Since then, she and McConaughey moved their brood away from Los Angeles and settled in his native Texas.
“When I was rolling in the rom-coms, and I was the rom-com dude … that was my lane and I liked that lane, that lane paid well, and it was working,” McConaughey said on the “Good Trouble With Nick Kyrgios” podcast in November 2024. “I was so strong in that lane that anything outside of that lane, dramas and stuff that I wanted to do. Hollywood said, ‘No, no, no, no, you should stay there, stay there.’”
