Mauricio Umansky Packs on the PDA With Mystery Woman in L.A.

Mauricio Umansky was photographed getting cozy with a mystery woman.

In images obtained by People and published on Tuesday, May 13, Umansky, 54, was seen kissing the unidentified woman while out in Los Angeles one night prior.

The outlet noted that Umansky, whose split from ex-wife Kyle Richards was confirmed by Us Weekly in July 2023, was initially seen “walking hand in hand” with the woman before offering her his jacket which she wore around her shoulders.

At that point, the real estate agent and businessman “leans in for a kiss” before a photo captured Umanksy lifting the woman up by the backside to wrap her legs around his waist. The Agency founder was seen grinning as he held the woman, who buried her face in his shoulder.

Umansky separated from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 56, after 27 years of marriage. The pair share three children — Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 — as well as Farrah Aldjufrie, 36, whose biological father is Richards’ former husband Guraish Aldjufrie.

Umansky and Richards have not yet filed for divorce.

Since Umansky and Richards parted ways, he has been spotted with various women, with a source telling Us in December 2024 that Umanksy is “dating around and … having fun.”

The insider added at the time, “He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious.”

Umansky was linked to influencer Alexandria Wolfe and Anitta and Lele Pons since his split from Richards, and he was also seen kissing former Buying Beverly Hills star Nikita Kahn at a Mykonos airport in July 2024.

Model Klaudia K also engaged in a public kiss with Umansky while vacationing in Aspen in December that year, but a source confirmed at the time that things were “not serious” and Umansky was seen cuddling up to another local model, Eryl Masters, days later.

For Richards’ part, she has not confirmed any new romance since separating from Umansky but has been linked to singer Morgan Wade.

Richards’ costar Erika Jayne recently told Us that she’s ready for the show’s cast to start helping one another find love. “Here’s the thing: We should all try to set each other up, because it would be kind of funny, honestly,” Jayne, 53, exclusively told Us on April 25. “I think it would be funny if we all took turns setting each other up.”

Jayne added that she thinks Richards “likes stable and calm and just, like, tall, dark and handsome.”
