Billy Magnussen and Jamie-Lynn Sigler are among the new cast members joining the Netflix workplace comedy

Tires is staying in rotation with the help of some new cast members.
The Netflix comedy series — from creators Shane Gillis, Steve Gerben and John McKeever — returned for another season on Aug. 13.
Tires follows Shane (Gillis) and his cousin Will (Gerben), who are determined to make their family’s struggling mechanic shop, Valley Forge Automotive Center, a success.
“It’s a workplace comedy. It’s just me and my friends. The guy that’s in it with me — his name’s Steve [Gerben] — it was actually his dad’s tire shop that we filmed it at. We film it in Pennsylvania, which is kind of a mistake,” Gillis said during an August 2026 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
“They’re like, ‘You could have a stage in L.A.,’ and we were like, ‘No, we like Pennsylvania,’ ” he continued. “And then we filmed it in the winter this year, and it was … huge mistake. We were freezing the whole time.”
Aside from Gillis and Gerben, other members of Tires’ cast include Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox and Stavros Halkias.
Newcomers, like The Audacity’s Billy Magnussen and The Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler, were announced in March 2026, per Deadline.
So, who is joining the cast of Tires for season 3? Here’s everything to know about the new characters in the hit Netflix comedy.

Billy Magnussen as Taylor

Magnussen plays Taylor, who, according to his character description, is “a charismatic, self-made entrepreneur with alpha energy,” per Deadine.
The Into the Woods actor previously teased that Taylor is “a blast from the past” for Will (Gerben).
“We were trying to build a company together and it’s whether or not he wants to leave. I don’t want to give too much away,” Magnussen said on an April 2026 episode of the Scene Stealers podcast, adding that he “worked with Steve the whole time and I love, love that guy.”
“I dream of being on sets like that,” he added. “It was a gift.”

Jamie-Lynn Sigler

Though details regarding Sigler’s character have not been revealed, the How I Met Your Mother star has been vocal about her excitement over joining the cast of Tires.
“I can’t even explain how happy this made me,” she wrote on Instagram in March 2026 when it was announced that she would join the show for season 3.

Taylor Misiak as Jill

Going Dutch actress Taylor Misiak joins Tires season 3 as Jill, Shane’s ex-girlfriend from high school.
According to Deadline, when Shane and Jill “cross paths again, their familiar banter resurfaces, and their chemistry remains undeniable.”
After her casting was announced, Misiak shared the news on Instagram, writing, “Hell yeah dude.”
Misiak’s previous roles include playing Ally on FXX’s comedy series Dave from 2020 to 2023.

Sofia Hasmik as Lucy

Sofia Hasmik is another season 3 cast addition. The actress will play Lucy, “a blunt, witty bartender with a magnetic charm,” per Deadline.
“Lucy’s laid-back lifestyle and liberal views clash with Shane’s rigidity, even when the two find themselves drawn to each other,” the character description continued.
Commenting on her Tires casting, The Pitt actor wrote on Instagram, “Pinch meeeeee hehe been having way too much fun and seriously couldn’t be more grateful:)))).”

Dan Soder as Frank

Comedian, writer and actor Dan Soder joins the cast of Tires as Frank, a collector of classic cars, who enlists Cal (Chris O’Connor), a mechanic at the garage, “to handle their upkeep,” per Deadline.
In a July 2026 episode of Chris Distefano’s podcast, Chrissy Chaos, Soder explained that he became involved with Tires thanks to his friendship with Gillis.
“I’m on the upcoming season of Tires because of Shane [Gillis]. Shane and McKeever were like ‘Hey, we think you’d be great for this role.’ F-ck yeah, I’ll come back and do that,’ ” Soder said about his return to acting.

Bobby Lee as Ricky

Bobby Lee will appear in season 3 as Ricky, who, according to Deadline, is “a slightly unkempt and often chaotic tire company higher-up” who also happens to be the son of the tire company boss.
Lee was previously a cast member on Mad TV, and in recent years he has appeared in Reservation Dogs, And Just Like That… and Magnum P.I., among other shows.

Rachel Blanchard as Bonnie

7th Heaven alum Rachel Blanchard is another new addition who will star as Bonnie, the love interest of Shane’s father, Phil (Thomas Haden Church).
According to Variety, Bonnie is Phil’s “warm, eccentric new girlfriend who brings her spiritual healing rituals into his life and the shop, whether the guys welcome it or not.”
Prior to joining the cast of Tires, Blanchard most recently starred in The Summer I Turned Pretty.

Garret Dillahunt as Thatch

In the new season of Tires, Garret Dillahunt plays Thatch, the “scary brother” of Frank (Soder), per Variety.
Dillahunt is known for his roles on Deadwood, Raising Hope and High Potential. In addition to Tires, the actor will also appear in HBO’s new series, Lanterns, which premieres on Aug. 16.

Anjelica Bette Fellini as Cara

Fellini joins the cast as Cara, “a chaotic spitfire with a direct, playful presence that’s impossible to miss,” per Variety.
The actress shared the news on Instagram with the caption, “Daddy’s home.”
Fellini was previously featured on another Netflix series, Teenage Bounty Hunters, which premiered in 2020.

Matt Walsh as Claude

Matt Walsh plays Tire World employee Claude in the new season of Tires, per Variety.
The actor and comedian is best recognized for his Emmy-nominated role of Mike McLintock on Veep.
He has also appeared on various other shows over the years, including Apple TV’s Manhunt and CBS’ Ghosts. In 2023, Walsh competed on season 32 of Dancing with the Stars.
