While the Formula 1 drivers are behind the wheel and under the spotlight as top athletes in their game, their wives and girlfriends (WAGs) are with them through every twist and turn along the way.
And they’re not just along for the ride, either. The drivers’ partners, many of whom have turned heads in their own right due to their respective career successes, are often praised for their support and dedication to the accelerating world of F1 racing.
Not to mention, their willingness to travel all over the world to cheer on their partners in person given the 2025 season includes 24 rounds in 21 countries that spread across six different continents (and 13 different time zones!) over the course of 10 months throughout the year.
Since the season commenced in Australia in March, the F1 WAGs have made their presence known as they’ve been seen alongside their partners in the paddock and cheering from the stands during races. Many have also shown their love on social media, in interviews or with PDA at events in between.

Kelly Piquet, Max Verstappen’s Girlfriend
Max Verstappen is in a relationship with Kelly Piquet, who he’s been publicly dating since 2021 when they made their romance Instagram official. However, they met for the first time in 2016.
The Brazilian-Dutch model, who was born in Germany, is no stranger to the racing lifestyle. Her father, Nelson Piquet, and brother, Nelson Piquet Jr., are both F1 racers.
Piquet is a mother of two kids. She welcomed her firstborn daughter, Penelope, in 2019 with F1 driver Daniil Kvyat (whom she was dating at the time) and her second daughter, Lily, in May 2025 with Verstappen.
Although the couple have been going strong since 2020, they aren’t in a rush to get married. The Red Bull Racing driver told German publication Blick in December 2023 that “time will tell” if he and Piquet make it down the aisle.
Piquet is very supportive of Verstappen’s career, rarely missing a race. She watched him win his first and second F1 titles in 2021 and 2022, respectively, and in September 2023 when won 10 consecutive races and made history.
Rebecca Donaldson, Carlos Sainz’s Girlfriend
Carlos Sainz is dating Rebecca Donaldson, who he’s been linked to since the summer of 2023. The couple hasn’t spoken publicly about their romance, however, the Spanish F1 driver has jokingly alluded to it during an interview.
The Scottish model, who hails from the town of Scone, is currently based in the United Kingdom and is represented by Brand Model Management. She has graced the covers of Vogue Ukraine and Marie Claire México, among other fashion and beauty editorials.
In a 2021 interview with Vestd, she shared that she has “never had a 9 to 5 job” and instead prefers the life of an entrepreneur.
Prior to dating the Atlassian Williams Racing driver, the fashion figure was in a brief relationship with Scott Disick. The pair made their red carpet debut in April 2022 but reportedly called it quits in June that same year.
Donaldson shows her support for Sainz, too. They were seen hugging at the F1 Grand Prix of Mexico in October 2023, strolling ahead of the F1 Grand Prix of Las Vegas in November 2024 and holding hands at the Grand Prix of Miami in 2025.
Carmen Montero Mundt, George Russell’s Girlfriend
George Russell has been dating Carmen Montero Mundt since 2020 after they were introduced by a mutual friend in London. The couple made their romance Instagram official in September that year.
Mundt was born in Spain in 1998 but moved to the United Kingdom. During an Instagram Q&A, she told her followers that she moved countries at the age of 18.
Between 2018 and 2021, Mundt attended the University of Westminster in London and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management and finance, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Mundt worked as an investor relations associate at Ruffer LLP in London from June 2022 to October 2023, per her bio. At the end of 2023, she shared on Instagram that she was going to go back to school in the new year.
In February, Mundt celebrated her five-year anniversary with Russell on Instagram. She penned a heartfelt tribute to the driver, calling him “the most wonderful person,” adding in part, “Forever proud of who you are and what you do.”
Mundt also shows her support for the racer in person, often traveling all over the world to watch her partner race for Mercedes-AMG Petronas. Russell, too, has previously described her as “incredibly supportive.”
Alexandra Saint Mleux, Charles Leclerc’s Girlfriend
Charles Leclerc is in a relationship with Alexandra Saint Mleux, who he’s been publicly dating since confirming his romance in May 2023. The pair were first spotted out together in March that year.
Saint Mleux, who is of Mexican and French nationalities, is a popular social media influencer. She has amassed over 1.7 million followers on TikTok and 2.3 million on Instagram with her wide array of content, which is primarily fashion and beauty-focused.
In addition to her main profiles, Saint Mleux also posts to her art-centric Instagram account under a different handle. Her feed is filled with works from various artists, along with art history tidbits she’s passionate about.
Despite their respectively massive followings online, neither Saint Mleux nor the Ferrari driver have posted each other on their social media pages, seemingly with the intent of keeping their romance private.
However, the pair have been seen together since first stepping out publicly with one another for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in July 2023.
Since their romance started, Saint Mleux has supported Leclerc at almost every F1 race. Most recently, she was spotted in the Paddock prior to the F1 Grand Prix of Great Britain at Silverstone Circuit in July 2025.
One month prior, the couple attended the New York premiere of F1 in N.Y.C. They hit the red carpet before the event and posed with each other for photos.
Lily Muni He, Alexander Albon’s Girlfriend
Alex Albon is in a relationship with Lily Muni He, who he’s been dating since 2019 after first meeting on social media. The couple connected over their respective interest in each other’s sports.
Born in China, Muni He — who eventually moved to Canada at age 9 and later settled in San Diego — is a professional golfer. She picked up the sport when she was 5 years old after being introduced to it by her father.
Muni He reached the professional level as a teenager — and per her LPGA bio, she won her first professional event in 2018 and medaled in the LPGA Q-Series the following year to achieve her 2020 LPGA Tour membership.
It wasn’t until she watched Drive to Survive on Netflix that she took a liking to F1, prompting her to follow Albon on social media thereafter. Around the same time, the racer was interested in golf.
“I was just kind [of] following how she was doing, and she was following how I was doing, and one thing led to another and we met up in L.A.,” he told Golfweek in 2022. “It was a week after I had a race in Texas. We played some golf together and that’s how it all got started.”
Now, not only do the couple support each other in their respective sports, but they “understand” and “get each other” as athletes.
“We started our sports as rookies, and we‘ve gone through tough times together,” Albon told Golfweek. “The highs and lows of being an athlete, I think you can resonate that with any athlete.”
Francisca Gomes, Pierre Gasly’s Girlfriend
Pierre Gasly is in a relationship with Francisca Gomes, who he’s been romantically linked to since they first sparked relationship rumors in 2022.
The Portuguese model and influencer is signed with Lisbon-based modeling agency Central Models. In addition to appearing on the cover of major Portuguese magazines, she also collaborates with brands on social media.
While the couple made their first public appearance at a Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille match in Paris in October 2022, they didn’t make their romance Instagram official until January 2023.
The BWT Alpine driver has previously called Gomes his “lucky charm” during races, commenting the sweet note on an Instagram photo she posted of herself and the driver with a fingers crossed and a red heart emoji during the 2023 Miami Grand Prix.
In May 2023, the pair made their red carpet debut at the premiere of La Passion De Dodin Bouffant at the Cannes Film Festival ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix. They smiled and posed together at the event.
Gomes has supported Gasly all over the world since. Most recently, she was spotted in the Paddock with the pair’s dog Simba during qualifying ahead of the F1 Grand Prix of Great Britain in July 2025 in Northampton, United Kingdom.
Margarida Corceiro, Lando Norris’s Rumored Girlfriend
Lando Norris is rumored to be in a relationship with Margarida Corceiro, his ex-girlfriend, who is speculated to have rekindled her romance with the F1 driver since being spotted in the stands at the Monaco Grand Prix qualifier in May 2025.
Corceiro was born and raised in Portugal. She is a model, actress, entrepreneur and influencer who often shares content online for her more than 3 million social media followers across Instagram and TikTok.
The rumored couple was first seen together in May 2023, following her split from soccer star João Félix. They were then spotted attending the Monte Carlo Masters final in April 2024.
While the pair did not publicly confirm their relationship at the time, Corceiro went on to be seen quietly supporting Norris during multiple racing events. Neither of the two have commented on the recent sighting or their relationship status.
As for when they broke up the first time, Norris seemingly hinted at it during an event in August 2024. When asked if he wanted to get a dog, he replied, “I don’t have time for a dog. If I do, I need a girlfriend, I don’t have one.”
Most recently, Corceiro was photographed during the F1 Grand Prix of Spain at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in June 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.
Lily Zneimer, Oscar Piastri’s Girlfriend
Oscar Piastri is in a long-time relationship with Lily Zneimer, who he’s been dating since secondary school (the U.K. version of high school) at Haileybury in Hertford, England, north of London when they were 17 years old.
The Australia-born McLaren F1 driver began dating his girlfriend in their second-to-last year, Piastri told host Dax Shepard on the Eff Won with DRS podcast, before he graduated in 2019.
“We keep it private, [but] not secretive like some relationships are,” he added on the show. “We keep it to ourselves and try to be out of the spotlight and just live normal lives.”
Zneimer is based in London while her boyfriend spends most of his year traveling around the world to race. However, she often attends his races and award ceremonies in support.
In Piastri’s debut 2023 Formula 1 season, Zneimer was spotted at a handful of races in different countries, including the Italian Grand Prix, Singapore Grand Prix and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, often seen entering the paddock with her boyfriend.
Zneimer also stepped out with Piasti when they attended the FIA Awards in December 2023, where he won Rookie of the Year. In May 2025, she watched him win big at the Miami Grand Prix.
