Meghan Markle is testing her jam with a unique food critic: Princess Lilibet.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared a behind-the-scenes look at her making her latest batch of strawberry jams. In a series of videos shared to her Instagram Stories, Meghan and Prince Harry’s 3-year-old daughter took on the role of a taste tester.
In one clip, Meghan could be seen showing the process of how the fruit jam was made, as she mixed cut up strawberries with other ingredients in a pot over a stove before heating it up.
She could be heard asking her little one in a follow-up video, “What do we think, Lily?” She then panned over from the heated pot full of jam over to a little bowl with a sample. The little royal’s hands could be seen holding a wooden spoon as she scooped up some of it to try.
Having gained the 3-year-old’s approval, Meghan could then be seen pouring the ingredients into several jars placed in the refrigerator. Other videos showed her cooking vegetables and placing some butter over a casserole to bake.
Meghan, who also shares 5-year-old Prince Archie with Prince Harry, has shared several glimpses of her daughter over the past few months, and it is clear that she is a fan of different foods.

In early April, Meghan shared a post on her Instagram Stories, in which she and her daughter could be seen trying a sweet treat given to them by Prince Harry following a trip to the Ukraine.
In the short clip, Lilibet could be seen grabbing a piece of the treat and reaching out her arms to hand it to other family members. Meghan wrote over the video: “A special gift ‘papa brought back from Ukraine.”
Following Prince Harry’s travels and the launch of Meghan’s Netflix series With Love, Meghan in March, an insider told PEOPLE last week that the couple enjoyed a sun-soaked spring break getaway with their children.
A source told PEOPLE that despite carrying out their various duties, the couple’s sole focus remains on raising their two children in Montecito, Calif., and creating what the insider calls “their happy bubble.”
“The kids are adorable. They’re incredibly smart, articulate, and fun,” the insider told PEOPLE in this week’s exclusive cover story — traits that have been glimpsed through Meghan’s recent return to social media.
