Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union‘s daughter thinks their 2025 Met Gala looks were a slam dunk.
Zaya Wade shared her real-time reaction to her stepmom and dad walking the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s red carpet in New York City on May 5, and it turns out, she was more than pleased with how her parents’ bold ‘fits turned out. In a video shared to her Instagram Stories May 6, Zaya filmed the TV, which was showing a live feed of Dwyane, 43, and Gabrielle, 52, posing for cameras in their coordinating black-and-white Prada ensembles that perfectly fit into the “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme.
“Alright, show up and show out!” Zaya excitedly shouted over the clip. “This is what we wanna see.”
And the 17-year-old was thrilled to watch her dad get his own moment to shine as well, telling Dwyane as he momentarily parted ways with Gabrielle, “OK, Dad, OK, get a solo.”
