  • The outing marked his first performance since welcoming a baby daughter with Megan Fox in March

MGK just made his onstage debut as a father of two!

On Friday, April 11, the 34-year-old musician made a surprise appearance at the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, Calif., where he hit the stage with Three 6 Mafia and his pal Travis Barker.

In footage of the set shared on X, MGK — who recently welcomed his second daughter, and first with Megan Fox — could be seen dancing to “Hit a Muthaf—-” as Barker took on drum duty. The rapper also shared his own footage of the moment on Instagram.

According to the setlist, MGK was onstage for just the one song, while Barker, 49, also performed “Weak Azz B—-” alongside the hip-hop group.

“Let me cook 🕺🕺,” MGK captioned a video of the team-up on X, before detailing the importance of the moment alongside a photo of himself with group member Juicy J.

“Juice believed in me 2011 before the world did,” he wrote. “First rapper to pull up and get high with me. First major feature I had. The chorus of ‘wild boy’ is sampled from our song on his mixtape.”

The outing marked a first for MGK (born Colson Baker) since he announced the March 27 birth of his baby daughter via a heartfelt Instagram video. “She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️,” he wrote in the caption, alongside the date “3/27/25.”

MGK is also dad to 15-year-old daughter Casie Colson, whom he shares with his ex Emma Cannon, while Fox, 38, is now a mother to four children — also including sons Noah Shannon, 12, Bodhi Ransom, 11, and Journey River, 8, whom she shares with ex Brian Austin Green.

While MGK called the newborn their “little celestial seed” in his initial Instagram caption, he later clarified that the baby girl’s name is not actually “Celestial Seed.”

“Wait guys… her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed’ 🤣,” he explained on his Instagram Stories on March 31. “Her mom is gonna tell you the name when we’re ready.”

MGK and Fox got engaged in January 2022 before splitting in November 2024. Fox is now focused on their daughter, with a source recently telling PEOPLE that having a baby girl “feels magical” to the actress. “She’s doing great and over the moon about her baby girl,” the source said.

“The last few months alone have been difficult for her,” the insider added. “At this point, she plans on co-parenting with Colson, but that’s it. She won’t be getting back together with him.”

Since the baby’s birth, MGK also shared his reaction to a satirical headline from The Onion, which read, “Megan Fox Confirms She and New Baby Will Co-Parent Machine Gun Kelly.” In response, he reposted the headline on his Instagram Stories alongside three laughing emojis.
