Michael B. Jordan brought twice the red carpet style while debuting Sinners in New York City.
At the premiere held at Manhattan’s AMC Lincoln Square on Thursday, April 3, the actor, 38, completed a quick outfit change to pose twice while celebrating the vampire thriller, in which he plays identical twin bothers nicknamed Smoke and Stack.
PEOPLE has exclusive photos capturing Jordan’s clever stunt, playfully posing side-by-side with himself.
Also in attendance at the premiere were writer-director Ryan Coogler, plus cast members Hailee Steinfeld, newcomer Miles Caton, Jack O’Connell, Wunmi Mosaku, Li Jun Li, Jayme Lawson, Omar Benson MillerDelroy Lindo and more.

In Sinners Jordan plays siblings hoping to leave behind their troubled lives by returning to their hometown to start fresh — but they “discover that an even greater evil is waiting to welcome them back,” teases a synopsis.
Jordan said in production notes shared with press that he worked to develop distinct body movements, stances and postures to differentiate his Smoke and Stack performances.

“They both stood differently, they walked a little bit differently — they held their trauma in different places,” he explained of his process. “Just getting into all of the physicality really helped me feel confident and prepared.”
Sinners is in theaters and IMAX April 18.
